Fact Check: Is Tom Brady dating Turning Point USA's CEO Erika Kirk?

WASHINGTON, DC: Conservative icon Charlie Kirk's widow, Erika Kirk, has always been expressive of how much she loves her late husband following his untimely death. She has said she would carry his legacy forward and is now the CEO of Turning Point USA.

However, a rumor circulated on the social media platform X in mid-January claiming that Erika Kirk and former NFL star Tom Brady are currently dating. Is the rumor really true or is it just another fake news? Let us find out below.

Claim: Tom Brady and Erika Kirk are dating

On Wednesday, January 14, X account @HoopsCrave posted pictures of Tom Brady and Erika Kirk, and wrote in the caption, "Tom Brady and Erika Kirk are reportedly dating."

The post did not have any news articles or social media posts linked to it backing the claim. The rumor was further shared by other X users.

An X user shared pictures of the two and wrote, "WAIT! I’m hearing that Tom Brady and Erika Kirk are reportedly dating!   Is this true or false?"

Similarly, another X user wrote, "WHOA!! Tom Brady and Erika Kirk are reportedly dating", while another one mentioned, "Yikes. Tom Brady is already dating Erika Kirk. I guess JD Vance didn’t get the rose. Somewhat surprising."

False: No credible evidence to back the claim

The claims made in the online rumor are false, as there is no evidence to prove that Tom Brady and Erika Kirk are currently dating. The X account @HoopsCrave's post mentioned 'reportedly,' whereas there are no reports backing the rumor to be true.

Moreover, searches on search engines, such as Google and Bing, led to no news articles or social media posts by the two claiming they are dating. The X account  Hoops Crave is a parody account, as its bio reads "Craving Hoops Culture | parody account not affiliated with @PopCrave". 

Furthermore, recent rumors also involved Tom Brady with Alix Earle at a New Year's Eve party, but those are also unconfirmed speculation. During an interview with People on Tuesday, January 13, Brady said, "You know what? I don't have much time for a personal life or much time for myself, but I love working, and I love my kids."

He added, "I like to be busy and try to really stay fulfilled in the things I'm doing, so I'm working on some really cool projects, and I'm involved with some great teams of people that are doing some really positive things."

Erika Kirk shares her reason to support Trump

In December 2025, during an appearance on Fox News' The Five', Erika Kirk said she is 'very proud' to have Donald Trump as the President.

"I'll take more of a personal approach here, so two wins that I've always seen that Charlie as well was no tax on tips no tax on overtime. But I have to tell you something, once when Donald Trump secured peace in the Middle East, the next day he flew back to DC to deliver my husband's medal of freedom to me. He didn't have to do that," she said. 

Erika further added, "So a lot of people, I understand there's a lot of policy and everything involved, but also I am very proud to have Donald Trump as our president. I really am, he's a good man, and Charlie helped deliver the youth vote, and I'll never forget the election night, when he just, my husband, everyone was overwhelmed with emotion. And I just have to say President Trump called me multiple times, he still does, he's a very good man."
