Update:
On Thursday, October 9, a Facebook post by the US Democratic Socialists claimed that Turning Point USA (TPUSA) was organizing its own “Christian, American” halftime show for the 2026 Super Bowl.

To which TPUSA’s Andrew Kolvet replied saying that holding an alternate halftime show was just a suggestion and not something that was actively being planned.

Well, that is no longer true as Turning Point USA, a day later, have shared a post on their Instagram, confirming an 'All American Halftime Slow' for next year’s Super Bowl.

TPUSA shared a post with an image that read, “Huge Announcement. It's true, Turning Point USA is thrilled to announce The All American Halftime Show. Performance and event date coming soon.”

The date mentioned was "2.8.2026," and it is the same day the NFL’s Super Bowl halftime show will be held.

Alongside the announcement, another poster was shared that read, “Celebrating Faith, Family, & Freedom.”

The artists for TPUSA’s 'All American Halftime Show' have not yet been revealed, but this news seems to be the result of the NFL confirming Puerto Rican singer-rapper Bad Bunny as 2026 Super Bowl's half time performance headliner.

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Speculation is circulating online about Charlie Kirk’s organization, Turning Point USA (TPUSA), planning its own “Christian, American” 2026 Super Bowl halftime show.

The rumors spread after the NFL selected Puerto Rican rapper-singer Bad Bunny for the 2026 Super Bowl halftime performance.

The claim originated from a Facebook post made by the US Democratic Socialists page, which stated that they were organizing "their own concert."

The post has gone viral, garnering more than 20,000 likes and has attracted widespread reactions from people.

Claim: Charlie Kirk's TPUSA organizing its own Super Bowl halftime show

Speculation emerged after conservative commentator and Turning Point USA contributor Jack Posobiec tweeted on September 29, "Sure would be a shame if @TPUSA hosted a counter-Superbowl halftime show with Creed."

Though intended as a suggestion, the tweet quickly spread, with some users taking it as confirmation of an actual event.

The chatter intensified on Monday, October 6, when a Facebook post from the US Democratic Socialists page claimed, "NEW: Turning Point USA announced they're doing their own concert for Super Bowl Halftime, using "fully Christian, American" performers."

The post gained traction across platforms, further fueling the impression that TPUSA was preparing a counter-performance to the NFL’s selection of Bad Bunny for the 2026 halftime show.

Bad Bunny became a target of criticism shortly after he was announced as the Super Bowl performer.

The backlash came from various quarters, drawing attention online and in the media. Even prominent figures, including President Donald Trump and House Speaker Mike Johnson, commented, with Johnson saying he didn’t know who Bad Bunny was.

Verdict: False as no such show has been announced

Turning Point USA has publicly denied claims that it is organizing a counter Super Bowl halftime show.

On October 1, TPUSA spokesperson Andrew Kolvet addressed the matter on 'The Charlie Kirk Show' YouTube channel.

He explained that Jack Posobiec’s tweet was merely a suggestion, not an official announcement.

Kolvet also noted that media inquiries directed at Posobiec may have fueled the misunderstanding. He emphasized that TPUSA was not planning any halftime concert, though he joked at 7:36 in the video that the media attention might make him reconsider.

Further clarification came from Posobiec himself on Monday, during an appearance on the 'Timcast' podcast.

He again there had been “no announcements” about an alternative halftime show but acknowledged that media attention had grown and that there had been “conversations” about the possibility.

The clip of his appearance is archived on the Timcast IRL YouTube account at 1:57:57.

As of Thursday, TPUSA has made no announcements on either its X account (@TPUSA) or Facebook page (called Turning Point USA) regarding an alternative Super Bowl halftime performance.
