Gay couple attacks MAGA influencer over questions on adoption, parenting
WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA: A gay couple was offended and attacked a conservative influencer after being asked questions on child adoption and parenting.
The incident occurred on Thursday, April 16, in West Hollywood when Ryley Niemi and Off The Record USA were interviewing two men. In the video shared on Instagram the influencer talks to the gay couple, asking questions on adoption rights when one of them suddenly attacked Niemi.
“On April 16, 2026, what started as a routine interaction quickly escalated into a violent encounter,” according to a GoFundMe about the incident.
“Ryley was physically assaulted, and the situation became serious enough that over a dozen emergency responders arrived at the scene.”
About the consequence of the attack, they added, “one of our primary cameras, a Sony A7C II, was destroyed” in the middle of the incident.
Influencer attacked after mentioning stats on crime by gay men
The interview was going well until the influencer decided to hit the couple with stats on crimes by gay men.
He was immediately attacked after he put the stats that “gay men are statistically much more likely to commit child mol***on” and asked whether the couple had paid $50,000 to a woman to be pregnant.
The influencer was chased by one of the gay parents and threatened that he will “kick his a–.”
Group of men demand influencer to leave before attacking
The second part of the clip also carries the violence and moments of confrontation. The group of men whom Ryley was interviewing first asked him to leave as they were agitated with his questions, and later, a fight broke out between them.
The clip shows that the gay parent who had earlier threatened Ryley came after him. He whacked the influencer several times on back of his head due to which Ryley fell on cameras.
Meanwhile, one of the men being interviewed also threatens the entire crew, saying, “You all deserve to be killed…You all deserve to be shot in the f–king head.”
“We are currently taking the appropriate steps to pursue justice through the proper legal channels,” the fundraising message added.
A booking log obtained by The Post from the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station shows that the attacker, David Vullin, was arrested and charged with felony vandalism involving damage valued at $400 or more. He was later released.
