'He's a democrat then': Lauren Boebert mocked for using receipt to prove Donald Trump 'isn't racist'
DENVER, COLORADO: Representative Lauren Boebert attempted to introduce a real receipt in support of Republican presidential contender Donald Trump, which resulted in a deadlock for Trump's prospective opponent in the 2024 election, Vice President Kamala Harris.
Following President Joe Biden's Sunday, June 21 withdrawal from the 2024 contest and his endorsement of Harris, Representative Jared Moskowitz posted a picture of a $5,000 check that former president Trump had written for Harris' 2011 reelection campaign as California attorney general, according to HuffPost.

Moskowitz captioned the image, "Was a wise investment." Boebert reposted it with the caption, "Checks receipt: Trump isn’t racist."

However, Boebert's remark was disregarded by critics who pointed to Trump's lengthy history of racism and cautioned that if he were to run against Harris—the first female Black and Asian American vice president—racism could only become worse.
The Editor-in-Chief of Meidas Touch Ron Filipkowski reshared Boebert's post and wrote, "Oh, he’s plenty racist. That check was written before he had to pretend to be a right-wing Republican to become president, when he only cared about trying to buy influence with politicians in both parties. We will see just how racist he is now for sure."

A user also wrote, "Donating once doesn't prove anything. Using that logic, you are an excellent cook because you only gave people food poisoning once," while one stated, "That's must be why he didn't rent to black people and said he hated them touching his money and used the N word on the Apprentice."
Donating once doesn't prove anything. Using that logic, you are an excellent cook because you only gave people food poisoning once. You are a model mother because only one of your sons has a criminal record. You are a great representative because you only abandoned one district.
