LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Fox News host Sean Hannity recently drew attention to the latest developments surrounding Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her alleged romantic relationship with associate Nathan Wade.

In a scathing critique, Hannity has accused Willis of misconduct and questioned her integrity in prosecuting the case against former President Donald Trump over efforts to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia.

Judge McAfee's scathing rebuke

Hannity, stated, "Now, today, the Superior Court judge in this case, Scott McAfee, all but accused Willis of lying, corruption and, frankly, gross misconduct."

The judge's remarks, as conveyed by Hannity, pointedly address the financial impropriety surrounding Willis' alleged affair with Wade and the mingling of finances with outside counsel hired for the prosecution of Trump, funded by taxpayers' money.

Additionally, McAfee's rebuke extends to Willis' behavior during testimony, with her outburst being labeled as "unprofessional."

Hannity further quoted the judge, who accused both Willis and Wade of "potential untruthfulness" and stated that "an odor of mendacity remains".

Sean Hannity highlights irony in McAfee's ruling

Hannity continued his critique, remarking, "In other words, Fani's motives and actions as Fulton County D.A. stink to high heaven."

He further highlighted McAfee's censure of Willis for allegedly playing the race card in an attempt to smear Trump and his allies during a recent speech.

Despite the allegations of misconduct, Hannity noted that McAfee ruled Willis free to continue her prosecution of Trump, provided she severed ties with Wade.

Hannity emphasized the irony of this decision, stating, "That makes sense. Right on cue, earlier today, Wade officially resigned. It appears that Willis threw Wade right under the bus."

Hannity concluded his commentary by expressing dissatisfaction over the lack of consequences faced by Willis, asserting, "Naturally, the taxpayers of Georgia, they will not be receiving a refund and Fani Willis will not face any legal consequences."

Internet reacts to Nathan Wade's resignation with humor and speculation

Social media users reacted humorously and critically to the resignation of Nathan Wade, allegedly linked romantically to Fulton County DA Fani Willis.

One user wrote, "He's forced to resign, So she's still screwing him?"

Another added, "She probably looked him straight in the eyes and said, Well, it’s me or you. See ya!"

One user replied, "He's no longer her sweetie. And he quit cus that was the right thing to do. You all are just mad it dint turn out your way."

"The fact is Trump is on Trial, not D.A. Fani Willis !"
