WASHINGTON, DC: Lara Trump, the co-chair of the Republican National Committee (RNC), recently claimed that her father-in-law, former President Donald Trump, had suffered more injustice than "anyone in history," as reported by Mediaite.

During a Wednesday, April 10 interview, Newsmax host Carl Higbie said, "You guys, since 2015, since he came down the escalator, have battled fake information and yet, with less money than everybody else, have come out on top most times."

In response, Lara expressed, "If you wanna look at a family, and I’ll say a man in Donald Trump, who has nothing but misinformation and disinformation that they like to say on the other side of the aisle thrown at him every single day."

The RNC co-chair added, "I mean, there’s never been anyone in history, I don’t think, that has taken as much incoming as Donald Trump, and yet every day it feels like we are vindicated in so many spaces because at some point, Carl, the truth ultimately comes out."

"People are starting to wake up because you can only lie to people so long," concluded Lara.

Lara was elected as the RNC's co-chair in March following Ronna McDaniel's resignation.

Since then, she has dropped a pop single, hinted other songs are in the works, and promised to use "every single penny" she raised at the RNC to help her father-in-law win the 2024 presidential election.

Internet slams Lara Trump for calling Donald Trump more victimized than 'anyone in history'

One wrote, "He should stop committing crimes then!" while another added, "Never been a President who did so many crimes either but here we are."

A person remarked, "Don’t say it, plagiarize it in a song instead," and someone else noted, "Abraham Lincoln and JFK would like to have a word with you. @LaraLeaTrump."

"Maybe because we have never had a president so corrupt, dishonest and treasonous @laraleatrump," shared an individual.

One more expressed, "Well, there has never been a president in history that has committed as many crimes as Donald Trump— the king of disinformation, by the way. That might explain it, don’t you think @LaraLeaTrump?"

"For someone that wants his day in court to set the record straight, he sure tries hard to avoid his day in court to set the record straight," wrote another person.

A netizen declared, "Buckle up, it’s going to get a lot worse for him," and another opined, "Or deserved it as much. If it were true."
