WASHINGTON, DC: Ivanka Trump has posted old photos from her days at the White House when her father Donald Trump was the president.

The sweet throwback came days before Trump’s inauguration for his second term at the Oval office, as reported by Daily Mail.

Ivanka shared multiple pictures on Instagram, including her walking off Air Force One, a photo with husband Jared Kushner, her youngest child baby Theodore trying to crawl among many others.

Ivanka Trump ‘filled with gratitude’ as she cherishes her time at White House

She captioned the pictures, “As the Inauguration approaches, I find myself filled with gratitude as I reflect on special moments with my father and family from eight years ago, when we first stepped off Air Force One upon arriving in Washington, D.C.”

The former first daughter continued, “Witnessing my father become the 45th President of the United States, lighting Shabbat candles with Jared in the Lincoln Bedroom on Inauguration Day, helping Theodore crawl for the first time in the White House State Dining Room, watching Joseph play with his little brother aboard Air Force One, and seeing Arabella sneak through the secret door of the Resolute Desk are memories I will cherish forever.”

The mother-of-three also mentioned that she’s quite excited to see her father take oath for the second time and she’s “proud of his unwavering strength and resilience and am excited to celebrate this historic milestone alongside him once more.”

Ivanka will only be beside Trump as a daughter for his second term

Though Ivanka has shared her happiness over Trump’s second term, she has also clarified that she won’t be working in the White House this time for her father.

The 43-year-old reportedly said on ‘The Skinny Confidential’ podcast, “I'm most looking forward to just being able to show up for him as a daughter and be there for him, to take his mind off things and like watch a movie with him or watch a sports game, to know that he can be with me and be himself, and just relax.”

Ivanka is focusing more on being a mother

Explaining further, she added, “The main reason I am not going back to serve now is, I know the cost. And it's a price that I'm not willing to make my kids bear. My primary goals were just to like, be the best freaking mom.”

“Every time I had to miss something, I'm like, I will never let this happen again the minute I leave the White House,” Ivanka asserted while referring to her time working as advisor to the president of the United States from 2017 to 2021.
