WASHINGTON, DC: Nathan Wade has failed to pay child support and $4,400 for his estranged wife's urgent medical bills, according to a recent divorce petition. Wade was recruited as a special prosecutor by Fani Willis in an election-rigging case against former president Donald Trump.

Jocelyn Wade accused her ex-husband on Wednesday, April 3 of withholding their two children's child support payments, which prevented them from having enough cash to cover their rent and Jocelyn's medical expenses, the New York Post reports.

Nathan Wade told his children to get money from their mother

According to a new filing in the Superior Court of Cobb County, "Defendant urgently requires medical procedures, namely an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ultrasound, due to severe physical symptoms she has been enduring. These symptoms have significantly impacted her ability to consume most foods, leading to a substantial weight loss."

Wade resigned as the chief prosecutor in the Georgia election tampering case against Trump, and now vicious charges have been leveled about him in the short space of several weeks.

Wade was charged by Trump's co-defendants of having an affair with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis after she recruited him as a team member. Wade also allegedly exploited federal and state monies for personal gain after that.

Wade, who got divorced in January, said he didn't meet Willis until after he was hired for the fraud investigation. To avoid testifying in court over his affair with Willis, Wade signed an out-of-court divorce arrangement, which his ex-wife claims he has failed to honor.

According to the filing, Jocelyn Wade used the little money she had for surgery on their children after Nathan Wade abruptly broke off communication with them and instructed them to "get the money from your mother."

Jocelyn stated that her income is less than $1,000 per month due to the "sudden cessation of support" for their children, and she further stated that her deteriorating health prevents her from working.
