LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Actress Jamie Lee Curtis has found a subtle way to support the “No Kings” march without directly stating it. The 'Freaky Friday' star recently went viral after sharing a video in which she displays a “saving democracy” kit while wearing a “No Kings” T-shirt.

Her post comes as protests against the government and its policies continue across the country. The march took place on Saturday, March 27. Curtis was not the only celebrity involved, as several others also participated in the demonstration.

Jamie Lee Curtis' rally message

Jamie Lee Curtis stepped out to promote the “No Kings” marches, wearing a black oversized T-shirt with the message “No Kings in America since 1776” printed on it. She paired the look with black-framed sunglasses and spoke about the event in a calm, confident tone, making it clear she was ready to take part in the rally.

She said, “Good morning, everyone. It's Jamie Lee Curtis. I'm enjoying my coffee before heading to the March, because today is a great day to celebrate democracy.”

She added, “We have to fight for the right to party, and I don't mean the political party... as long as you believe in the Constitution and the fundamental freedoms that the Constitution protects.” Her message focused on unity and shared values rather than politics.

Curtis also spoke about her involvement with advocacy work, saying, “I'm very proud to be a board member of People for the American Way,” and highlighted a campaign focused on defending democratic values. She encouraged people to take action, saying, “Come out and march... that's why you're an American, you have the right to say what you think and feel.”

Closing her message with energy, she called on others to join in, "So, join other people who are feeling the same way... let's go."

Celebrities unite for nationwide 'No Kings' rallies

Curtis has been involved in protests before, and this is not the first time she has shown her support. Last October, she shared pictures from a demonstration and wrote, “SIGNS 'O THE TIMES! Democracy in ACTION!” She later posted another image showing a sign that read “No King Any Time,” continuing her message in a simple and clear way.

Many other well-known personalities have also taken part in the recent “No Kings” marches happening across the country. Stars like Robert De Niro, Jane Fonda, Bruce Springsteen, and Joan Baez joined the movement, along with thousands of people participating in rallies nationwide.

In Washington, DC, Baez performed with singer Maggie Rogers at a large event focused on freedom and expression. The gathering was part of a wider effort supporting artists and public voices.

In St Paul, Minnesota, Springsteen appeared at a major rally alongside Bernie Sanders, Ilhan Omar, and Tim Walz. He also performed a song tied to recent events, which drew strong attention from the crowd. Jimmy Kimmel also shared updates online, showing the protests are widely followed.
