Megyn Kelly shared an old photo of Jill Biden during the show, displaying her sitting in the President's office with Joe Biden's jacket on the chair. Kelly then played a clip of White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre speaking to the press where someone asked her, "Kevin McCarthy just said that when he was the Speaker many times when we had meetings in the Oval Office Jill was there as well when the first lady is in these meetings is she making decisions or just advising the president?"

Jean-Pierre responded, "No the President is the President of the United States he makes decisions."

Hearing this conversation, Kelly was quick to question, "What is the first lady doing there with the Speaker of the House? Discussing policy?"

She further added, "This wouldn't have been newsworthy which Kevin McCarthy would know if they were just glad-handing and saying 'Merry Christmas'"

"This is very clearly policy discussions. What the hell is the First Lady doing in there?" She concluded by asking the same question.
