LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In March 2024, Jimmy Kimmel hosted the Oscars and took a jab at Donald Trump, a moment not lost on the former president, who reacted live on Truth Social during the ceremony.

"Has there EVER been a WORSE HOST than Jimmy Kimmel at The Oscars?" Trump expressed, clearly dissatisfied with Kimmel’s performance.

Donald Trump takes fresh jabs at Jimmy Kimmel at rally in Indiana

Fast forward six months, and Trump still remains irked. At a recent rally in Indiana on September 23, he declared, “Jimmy Kimmel was the worst host in the history of the Academy Awards. He’s one of the dumbest human beings ever. What a dope.”

Kimmel quickly responded during his opening monologue on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' on September 25, humorously noting, “Isn’t that sweet? He’s confusing me with one of his sons again.”

He further quipped, “You think he’s flirting with me? What is this? When I die, I would like that to be the clip they play at the Emmys’ ‘In Memoriam’ montage.”

Jimmy Kimmel highlights Donald Trump’s focus on his wife as Molly McNearney delivers a powerful message

In a noteworthy moment, Jimmy Kimmel addressed Donald Trump's mention of his wife, Molly McNearney. Trump suggested that Molly had urged Kimmel not to read Trump’s post on stage. Kimmel remarked, “Should I be worried that Trump has mentioned my wife more times in his rallies this year than his own?”

To add to the banter, Kimmel invited McNearney to the stage, where she had her own words for Trump. “I’m glad I have your attention,” she said, addressing the former president directly. She continued,

“Because one in three women currently in this country is living under an abortion ban because you stacked our Supreme Court. Thanks to you, women in 21 states can’t make their own choice about their own life and their own body. And 10 US states make no exceptions for rape or incest.”

McNearney continued with a pointed critique, stating, “The party you run so bigly and so beautifully, the party that cares so much about motherhood, just blocked a bill that would protect our access to IVF. Women are dying, and good doctors are quitting because they can’t get or give the reproductive care women desperately need. So my advice for you is to shut up and go away.”

She concluded with a sharp reminder, urging Trump to “Go to Mar-a-Lago. Spend all day cheating at golf and masturbating to Newsmax, and let a competent woman take over.”
