MANHATTAN, NEW YORK: Jeanine Pirro has been called out online after she claimed injustice toward Donald Trump amid his ongoing hush money trial.

The 72-year-old television host created controversy by reportedly asserting that the 45th President was “denied his fifth amendment right to know the charges against him in the indictment throughout the criminal trial.”

Trump has been facing 34 felony counts in the Manhattan court after being accused of forging his business documents as he transferred hundreds of thousands of dollars of money to porn film actress Stormy Daniels to shut her mouth regarding a sex scandal.

If found guilty, he can reportedly receive a maximum sentence of 20 years.

Internet questions Jeanine Pirro’s credibility as a former judge

However, she was soon thrashed by netizens as one user tweeted, “She's hungover from Winebox Wednesday.”

The second X user commented, “Huge lie. He knows the charges against him his charges are available to him and his lawyers and are easily explained. You know everyone thinks he’s guilty if they’re lying to this degree.”

“Maybe Trump should have stayed awake when the judge was explaining the charges to the jury? Just a thought,” the third one shared.

The fourth user stated, “😂 😂 the entire world was informed of what Trump was charged with. He posted the offenses and tried to profit off it.”

The fifth one said, “Maybe he should have listened instead of sleeping through the trial. He must the the only one in the globe who doesn’t know the charges against him.”

An individual wrote on X, “How come everyone else that is so inclined to do so can look up on the internet the complete indictment and list of charges Trump was facing, yet this person can go public with such an inane statement?”

“I know I shouldn’t be surprised, but I’m shocked she lied about this as a former Judge,” the second one remarked.

A tweet read, “Judge Box-o-wine needs to relax.”

“How do you Americans actually deal with such ignorance and stupidity from the Trump-loving cult? These people are insane!! I truly feel sorry for the normal people in the USA.,” another tweet said.

A person mocking Pirro said, “Wow... she was a District Attorney and a former judge;  Did she quit, or was she fired?  Ah, after a fraud conviction, she left her law practice; NOW it's all starting to make sense!  😆”
