SANTA BARBARA, CALIFORNIA: Less than two years after her high-profile split from Oscar winner Kevin Costner, Christine Baumgartner has married Josh Connor — a man who was once a friend and neighbor of the former couple.
The wedding took place on Saturday, October 18, at Santa Ynez Ranch in Santa Barbara, California. The ceremony was intimate, with around 100 close friends and relatives in attendance. Baumgartner wore a gown by Mira Zwillinger for the vows before changing into a strapless white satin dress by Lihi Hod for the reception.

A guest told People that the wedding ceremony was “magical.” They added, “The setting was gorgeous, but what made it special was the intimacy of it all. This wasn’t a big production. Another guest shared, “The joy and laughter were infectious, from the welcome celebration on Friday night to the last dance on Saturday evening. Christine and Josh were glowing, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd during the ceremony.”

The two were first spotted together in July 2023, and their relationship was confirmed in January 2024. A source told Us Weekly that Connor was Baumgartner’s “rock” during the divorce and that she is “beyond happy” to be in a loving relationship after staying in a “tough marriage” for her children’s sake. The source added that since Costner has also moved on, Baumgartner feels she has no reason to complain, saying, “If Kevin has a problem with that, that’s on him."

The final settlement included a lump-sum payment of $1.5 million and a year’s worth of mortgage payments on a new home, up to $1 million.
