Kim Kardashian gets restraining order for children against alleged stalker who sent her Plan B
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kim Kardashian’s children have been granted a permanent restraining order against an alleged stalker, who reportedly previously sent their famous mother Plan B and a diamond ring.
The man in question, identified as Nicholas Costanza, also reportedly once came outside their home.

The court-ordered protection was issued on September 10, according to a report by TMZ, after Kim applied for it in July for her children, North West, Saint West, Chicago West, and Psalm West, whom she shares with her former husband Kanye West.
The court order’s validity extends until August 3, 2031.
According to Kim’s lawyers, Shawn Holley and Kate Mangels, Costanza’s actions are the result of “delusional beliefs, anger and obsession”.
The recent development came five years after the businesswoman was granted a five-year permanent order of protection against Costanza in 2021. At the time, the man was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from her.
Kim Kardashian reveals esophagitis diagnosis amid family concern
Meanwhile, amid this, Kim has recently disclosed that she has esophagitis, which, according to Mayo Clinic, is “swelling and irritation, called inflammation, of the tissues that line the esophagus. The esophagus is the muscular tube that carries food and drink from the mouth to the stomach.”
“Esophagitis can cause painful, difficult swallowing. It also can lead to chest pain. Various things can cause esophagitis. Some common causes include stomach acids backing up into the esophagus, infection, medicines taken by mouth and allergies,” it added.
The SKIMS founder shared details about the diagnosis in the new trailer for the upcoming season of ‘The Kardashians’, released on Thursday, September 17.
In one clip, she can be heard saying, “I have something called esophagitis.” Another clip showed her on a hospital bed as someone asks her, “Didn’t your father isn’t that what he died of?” to which she replies, “Yeah.”
The trailer also showed Kris Jenner saying, “I can’t. It makes me want to cry.”
Kim Kardashian recalls father Robert Kardashian’s cancer battle
Though Kim did not reveal the severity of her diagnosis, she lost her father, Robert Kardashian, in 2003 to esophageal cancer. He was 59.
The mother-of-four has always talked about her late father.
Two years ago, on SiriusXM’s ‘This Life of Mine with James Corden’, she said, “Of course I wish he saw our life right now. Of course I wish he was there to study with me and see my kids grow up and everything.”
“But that’s not our reality, so I’m not going to get stuck in that place of what could’ve been but just be so grateful for what I have,” Kim had added.
