WASHINGTON, DC: A new art protest titled 'King of the World' was installed at the National Mall near the US Capitol on Tuesday, March 10, featuring President Trump and Jeffrey Epstein.

The large sculpture recreates the iconic scene from the 1997 movie 'Titanic,' depicting the two figures standing together in a way that mocks their past social relationship.

The sculpture shows the two men in the same famous pose as the film's main characters, Jack and Rose.

At the base of the artwork, a plaque explains the satire, stating, “The tragic love story between Jack and Rose was built on luxurious travel, raucous parties and secret n**e sketches.”

The message further claims that “This monument honors the bond between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein.”

Nearby, a row of banners displayed photos of the pair alongside the slogan 'Make America Safe Again,' leading many tourists to stop and take pictures.

Secret Handshake's new piece of satire

The installation is the latest work from Secret Handshake, an anonymous group of artists known for placing protest art in high-profile areas.

This group has frequently used the National Mall to mock President Trump through satire.

In September, they put up a 12-foot statue of Trump and Epstein holding hands, which was removed shortly.

Other projects by the group include a "poop statue" mocking January 6 rioters and a giant replica of a birthday letter that Trump allegedly sent to Epstein.

Statue appears after DOJ releases new batch of Epstein Files

The statue appeared just days after the Department of Justice released a new batch of documents under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which Trump signed into law.

These files include FBI memos from interviews with a woman who made serious allegations against Trump.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has dismissed these claims, calling them “completely baseless” and “backed by zero credible evidence.”

While Democrats are calling for the president to testify before the House Oversight Committee following depositions from Bill and Hillary Clinton, Republicans say Trump has been cleared of any wrongdoing.

It is to be noted that Trump and Epstein knew each other socially in the 1990s and 2000s and were seen together at Mar-a-Lago and the Plaza Hotel.

While it may also be noted that Trump has constantly stated that he cut ties with the offender years ago and that he committed no misconduct, he continues to call the controversy a “hoax” created by the Democrats.
