LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Lea DeLaria has been blasted online after she issued a video calling out Donald Trump while seemingly demanding his assassination.

The ‘Orange Is the New Black’ star shared the video on her Instagram page on Monday, July 1, after Trump’s immunity verdict came out.

Chief Justice John Roberts reportedly said about the 6-3 ruling, “We conclude that under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of Presidential power requires that a former President have some immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts during his tenure in office.”

The 66-year-old actress continued, “Joe, you're a reasonable man. You don't wanna do this, but here's the reality. This is a f*****g war. This is a war now. And we are fighting for our f*****g lives.

“And these a******s are going to take it away. They’re going to take it away. Thank you, [Supreme Court Justice] Clarence ‘Uncle’ Thomas. Joe, you now have the right to take that bitch Trump out.”

“Take him out, Joe. If he was Hitler, and this was 1940, would you take him out? Well, he is Hitler. And this is 1940. Take him the fuck out! Blow him up, or they’ll blow us up. Facts,” DeLaria added.

Internet reacts to Lea DeLaria statement

The comedian’s remarks have received backlash online with an Instagram user posting, “Seek a therapist.”

Another user asked, “Are you calling for the assassination of a former president?”

A third user remarked, “How is this not banned as hate speech? If someone said this about Biden, what do you think would happen?”

“Uncle Tom? Hitler? What’s wrong with you?” a fourth one commented.

A fifth one added, “You called a black conservative uncle? then proceeded to call for the death of a president?! not very liberal of you✊🏻.”

“LOL…you realize this video is a crime, right? It’s hilarious to see you guys lose your shit. LOL. Call your therapist dear,” an individual said.

Another individual wrote, “You're listening to main stream b.s. Time to unfollow you. BTW, we do NOT live in a democracy. We live in a constitutional republic. Biden is unfit to run anything at this point.”

“She is inciting violent acts on a former sitting president. If anyone else said this they [would] be paid a visit!” a comment read.
