ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene lashed out at a British journalist on Wednesday, March 26, who tried to ask a question about the Signal chat scandal related to US military strikes on the Houthis in Yemen and told the reporter to "go back to your country".

Greene snapped at Sky News correspondent Martha Kelner when she tried to ask the Georgian Rep about Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth disclosing details of the March 15 strikes in Yemen in the messaging app, according to the New York Post.

Marth Kelner asked Marjorie Taylor Greene, "Should the Defense Secretary...." but was interjected by the Georgian Rep who asked her, "Wait. What country are you from?"

Kelner responded that she was from the United Kingdom, and Greene refused to let her finish her question.

Greene said, "OK, we don’t give a crap about your opinion and your reporting. Why don’t you go back to your country, where you have a major migrant problem?"

Kelner persisted as Greene replied, "No, no, no, no — you should care about your own borders."

The reporter interjected, "Do you care about American lives being put at risk?"

The Congresswoman replied, "Let me tell you something. Do you care about people from your country?"

Greene snapped at Kelner and said, "You’re done — I don’t care about your fake news."

She then asked an "American journalist" to pose a question and had a reporter repeat the same one Kelner had asked.

Greene answered, "You want to know about complete disregard for operational security? You should talk about the Biden administration and how they ripped our borders open to terrorist cartels, human trafficking, and drug trafficking across our borders for four years."

She added, "The Trump administration is doing a great job, and I stand by their statements."

Internet slams Marjorie Taylor Greene for lashing out at British reporter

Several internet users slammed Marjorie Taylor Greene as she lashed out at a British reporter who tried to ask a question about the Signal chat scandal.

A user wrote on X, "Fun fact, this woman represents the 14th district of Georgia, which is literally named after a British King," while one added, "@RepMTG is so trashy. Disrespectful."

A person also stated, "This is the level of ability of those in the Trump administration? Did they drain the swamp but leave the sediment," whereas one mentioned, "This behavior deserves censure."

A user also wrote, "I'm embarrassed to watch this, I'm embarrassed to even put the sound on the video when she's there."

Another one commented, "Marjorie Taylor Greene's rude dismissal of a UK reporter is a new low. Her unprofessional behavior shames our nation and proves she's unfit for leadership. We deserve better representation."

A person added, "Such an embarrassment. I want our politicians to be polite to people. We should be better than this."
