NORFOLK, VIRGINIA: Melania Trump couldn’t contain her smile as she watched her husband, Donald Trump, make an announcement aboard the USS George HW Bush, declaring it "Navy One."

“Everybody knows this is Navy One, by the way, for today, only for today. But for one day, this is Navy One, just like Air Force One. Thank you, thank you, everybody,” he said. 

Her joyful expression stole the spotlight during the Fleet event at Naval Station Norfolk on Sunday, October 5.

Not just President Donald Trump, the first lady, Melania Trump, delivered an emotional tribute to the US Navy during the 'Titans of the Sea: A Salute to the Fleet' event, commemorating the Navy's 250th anniversary at Naval Station Norfolk.

"Generations of sailors have kept America free because of your presence on the high seas,” she said. “Your strength, bravery and sacrifice inspire us all," she said.

She called the event "an honor' and praised the sailors’ "strength, bravery, and sacrifice." Dressed in a brown leather bomber jacket, aviator sunglasses, and a white 'USA' cap, she grabbed attention.

Before leaving the White House for the base, he shared another post, which reads, "It will be a big day with the Navy. Leaving now. The United States has the greatest military, by far, in the World. This will be a show of Naval aptitude and strength. ENJOY WATCHING! It will be broadcast everywhere. President DJT."
