NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: MSNBC host Ali Velshi was shocked by President Donald Trump's blustering answers to reporters' questions on Sunday, July 27, during a press meet with the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen in Scotland.

The POTUS praised the new ballroom at his Scotland golf resort, and went on an extended rant about windmills, as he blew off questions about Gaza and mentioned random numbers about genocide in Rwanda during the approximately 30-minute press conference.

As the press meet Q&A was shown live on MSNBC, President Trump was seen answering questions asked by the reporters. As the meet ended, the camera cut to Ali Velshi, who looked dumfounded.

He said, "Wow. That was bat poop crazy. That was crazy."

The MSNBC host then added while holding a sheaf of papers, "I took lots of notes... this is in no particular order", as he went on to say what Trump had said.

"Windmills are killing us. 7 million people died in Rwanda, 'But I ended that.' The Rwanda genocide ended in 1994. 'Energy needs no subsidy.' America subsidizes energy to a great degree," Velshi quoted Trump.

He continued, "Windmills are, yeah, yeah 'windmills are killing us –– they're the most expensive form of energy.' He's going to have a deal with the EU in an hour. He's 'not in a good mood,' he said that? He said there's not going to be a deal really with the EU, he said very specifically, he said mostly I'm just going to charge tariffs. It's not really a deal per se, people are just going to pay tariffs."

Velshi also pointed out, "He went on for a little while about a ballroom and how they don't have a ballroom in the White House because they've never had a developer in charge of the White House. But now he just built a beautiful ballroom, and he could just drop it into the White House, and that's going to be fantastic. Wow."

Internet finds Trump's answers in Scotland presser 'embarrassing'

Several internet users trolled Donald Trump as he went off on a rant during his recent presser in Scotland, as he praised the new ballroom at his Scotland golf resort, and ranted about windmills while blowing off questions about Gaza and mentioning random numbers about genocide in Rwanda.

An online comment read, "This is going to be the longest four years of my life....if I survive it," while one added, "How horribly embarrassing! There can be no doubt whatsoever that Trump has completely dropped off the edge and can no longer be allowed to govern our country."

A person also stated, "He was a total embarrassment to those who knew the answers to questions asked him," whereas one mentioned, "It’s only gonna get worse!"

A user wrote, "He’s trying to turn the WH, the supposed peoples house, into Trump castle isn’t he?" while one commented, "He's hoping the ballroom will be one of those 'if you build it, they will come' situations."

A person also mentioned, "I saw part of that rant. I cannot bear to hear to hear that voice. I switched over to Boomerang and watched cartoons," whereas one added, "Sundown came early in Scotland today."
