LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Legendary Hollywood producer Jeffrey Katzenberg didn't mince words when he blasted former President Donald Trump during a recent event in Los Angeles, as reported by OK! Magazine.

The former Disney chairman's remarks painted Trump as a "colossal a**hole" while praising President Joe Biden as "decent," setting off a firestorm of criticism across social media platforms.

The blistering statements were made on Sunday, May 5, at a gathering in West Hollywood. Recounting his long history with Trump, Katzenberg declared, "I've known Donald Trump for 50 years. The only thing I can say is he was a colossal a------ then and nothing has really changed."

Katzenberg, who led Walt Disney Studios from 1984 to 1994, went on to label Trump a "catastrophe on a level that I don't think people have fully paid attention to."

He claimed that Trump always says "what he's thinking and what he is going to do," citing Trump's recent controversial interview with Time magazine as an example of his increasingly alarming rhetoric.

In a chilling analogy, Katzenberg compared the current political climate in America to the emergence of Nazi Germany, recalling a high school lesson on Adolf Hitler's rise to power.

"When I was in high school, we were studying Third Reich Germany and the rise of Hitler, and over the holiday, our teacher suggested to the class that, to the degree which we could, please go home and talk to your grandparents. Ask them, what did they read? What did they see? What did they hear? What they do?" Katzenberg explained.

Katzenberg claimed his French and German grandparents had the same reaction at the time – dismissing Hitler as a "clown" whose ideas seemed "incredibly impossible, and unimaginable" until it was too late. "And then we ran for our lives, quite literally," he added solemnly.

In contrast, Katzenberg showered Biden with compliments, stating, "I’ve known Joe Biden for 40 years, maybe 45 years. He is actually one of the most decent human beings I know."
