TERRAL, OKLAHOMA: 19-year-old Noah Presgrove reportedly died of “multiple blunt force injuries," according to a medical examiner’s summary report.

The teen was allegedly found by a highway patrol trooper on the side of the highway, wearing only his shoes on Labor Day 2023.

In the one-page summary report, Dr Leonardo Roquero checked the box “unknown” for Noah’s manner of death.

As per the reports of News Nation, Noah’s brother, Dailen Presgrove told the outlet that he believes foul play was involved in his death. The teen's body showed markings akin to road rash on his left shoulder and hip, while his fingers bore injuries suggestive of a desperate struggle or attempt to cling onto something.

What did Noah Presgrove’s brother Dailen say?

“He was in the fetal position. And his body was covered up,” Dailen told the outlet, adding, "You can see blood seeping through the covering. … As I’m looking at it, it just seems weird. The placement of the body. The tooth, the shorts. It doesn’t look like a hit-and-run.”

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said in September last year that they were investigating Noah’s “suspicious death,” KFOR reported at the time.

Noah Presgrove planned to join the military after graduation

After graduating high school, Noah planned to join the military, per News Nation. However, after a party that lasted for days, the teenager went missing over the Labor Day holiday. The medical examiner still does not know when or for what reason Noah was injured.

When was Noah Presgrove's body found?

Noah’s body was found by an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper at 6.18 am Monday, September 4, 2023, per the summary report. The medical examiner viewed his body the following day and finalized the case on Monday, April 29.

“Even if it was an accident, it doesn’t matter, come clean,” Noah’s cousin, Avery Poucher, told KSWO. “It hurts not to know. It’ll hurt knowing, but it hurts more not to know, and wondering, and just thinking every night what happened?”

Noah Presgrove's family issued a statement after his death

The Presgrove family has been vocal in their pursuit of justice, imploring anyone with information to come forward.

"The longer you keep the truth inside, the guiltier you become… you could aid in getting justice for Noah," said his sister Madison Rawlings. "You could do the right thing and may receive a mercy that was not given to him, but the longer we sit in silence, the worse it becomes for you."
