NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former US President Bill Clinton is on the brink of being revealed as 'John Doe 36', a key figure among the associates of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein according to court filings set to be made public in the initial days of 2024, as reported by ABC News.

The disclosure is part of a comprehensive unsealing ordered by a judge just before the New Year, peeling back the layers of Epstein's intricate web connected to his abominable sex trafficking operation.

According to ABC News, Clinton, now 77, is reportedly named in over 50 redacted filings, predominantly linked to the legal efforts initiated by Virginia Giuffre's legal team to subpoena Clinton for deposition testimony concerning his connection with Epstein.

It's crucial to note that there is no indication of any illegal conduct by Clinton within the sealed records, and Virginia Giuffre herself has not leveled any allegations of wrongdoing against the former president.

However, Giuffre's claim of meeting Clinton on Epstein's private Caribbean island stands in stark contrast to Ghislaine Maxwell's assertion that Clinton had never set foot on Little St James. Moreover, flight logs, maintained by one of Epstein's pilots, did not provide evidence of Clinton's presence on the island.

The year 2016 saw representatives of Giuffre reaching out to Clinton's attorneys, seeking his testimony. However, the attempt was thwarted by US District Judge Robert Sweet.

The anticipated unsealing of Clinton's name is expected to be intertwined with filings related to Maxwell and Giuffre's relentless efforts to compel Epstein to answer pertinent questions.

Internet 'not surprised' by Bill Clinton's connection to Epstein's case

The news immediately sparked a deluge of reactions across social media platforms. "Not at all surprised," one posted on X (formerly Twitter).

"I’m sure he was there strictly for business purposes," another quipped. "Really, is anybody surprised? My question is what was Hilary doing on the Island?" someone else added.

"He was there with Hillary for a weekend getaway, obviously," a comment read. "Make the list public and put all the clients on the sexual predator and no-fly list," another asserted.

Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein

Clinton and Epstein shared social circles in the early 2000s, with a notable event in 2002 where Clinton purportedly utilized Epstein's private jet for a humanitarian mission to multiple African nations.

Clinton's representatives have consistently maintained that he severed ties with Epstein in 2005, well before the financier faced legal scrutiny in Palm Beach, Florida.

These revelations are emerging from documents intricately connected to a defamation case brought forth by Virginia Roberts, an accuser of Prince Andrew, against Ghislaine Maxwell. The impending release will shed light on Epstein's friends, recruiters, victims, and other individuals entangled in this disturbing network.

In a striking move, Judge Loretta Preska marked "unsealed in full" next to the names of 177 individuals linked to Epstein, as reported by Washington Times. This includes not only those close to him but also housekeepers on his private island, who were witnesses to some of the heinous acts carried out there.

The judge's ruling allows for a 14-day window for any individuals objecting to the public release of their documents to voice their objections before the materials become accessible to the public eye.

The comprehensive disclosure will extend beyond Clinton's association and delve into the narratives of Prince Andrew's accuser and Haley Robson. Robson, initially named as a recruiter in 2006 police files, has since claimed victimhood.

Furthermore, the filings indicate a spotlight on Jean-Luc Brunel, a French model scout closely associated with Epstein, who met a tragic end in a Paris prison cell in 2022 while awaiting trial on multiple sex charges.
