WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump said on Tuesday, July 15, that he plans to give Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rep Jasmine Crockett an intelligence test, claiming they have "very low IQ."

The POTUS made the statement on Tuesday as he paused to speak with reporters before boarding Marine One en route to an artificial intelligence (AI) summit.

Donald Trump told reporters, "[Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez], look, I think she’s very nice, but she’s very low IQ, and we really don’t need low IQ."

"Between her and Crockett, we’re going to give them both an IQ test to see who comes out best," the president added.

He then went on to share his credentials, saying, "I took my test. I took a real test at Walter Reed Medical Center, and I aced it. I got every one of all those questions right."

Trump comments come after Ocasio-Cortez took a jibe at Trump in a social media post, following a DOJ update related to Jeffrey Epstein.

Interestingly, in May 2025, Jasmine Crockett criticized the president after he called her a "low IQ person" on 'Meet the Press'. She said, "You’re terrified of smart, bold Black women telling the truth and holding you accountable."

Neither Ocasio‑Cortez nor Crockett has responded to Trump's statement so far.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Jasmine Crockett take jibes at Donald Trump for different reasons

Alexandria Ocasio‑Cortez and Jasmine Crockett have recently taken jibes at the president for different reasons.

In June, Crockett launched a brutal tirade against Trump and the US military for bombing three Iranian nuclear facilities.

She took to Instagram to condemn Trump’s decision to attack the Middle Eastern country while hailing Rep Thomas Massie over his bipartisan resolution to rein in the president's ability to conduct such operations.

"So long story short, for those of you that are unaware, the mofo that resides in the White House has unilaterally, in my estimation, declared war," she said in the video.

Crockett further mentioned, "We are living in this time in which there is someone who is occupying the White House who does not care about any rules, any norms, any laws, nor the Constitution. And we cannot be a civilized country if there is no law and order."

Meanwhile, in early July, Alexandria Ocasio‑Cortez took a jibe at the POTUS for his "big, beautiful bill," and dubbed it a literal "deal with the devil."

"On this point of tax on tips, as one of the only people in this body who has lived off of tips, I want to tell you a little bit about the scam of that text, a little bit of the fine print there," she said.

She added, "The cap on that is $25,000 while you’re jacking up taxes on people who make less than $50,000 across the United States, while taking away their SNAP, while taking away their Medicaid, while kicking them off of the ACA and their health care extensions."

Internet slams Donald Trump for his remarks

Several internet users slammed Donald Trump as he called Alexandria Ocasio‑Cortez and Jasmine Crockett low IQ individuals and bragged about his intelligence test.

A user wrote on X, "AOC graduated cum laude with duel-degrees in economics and international relations. Crockett has a law degree and passed the bar. calling them low IQ is laughable," while one added, "He aced that test like he “wins” those tournaments at his personal golf courses."

A person also stated, "Trump calls all Black women that oppose him, 'Low IQ". Does he also called Black men "Low IQ"? I've never heard that. It's similar to how he reserves the word "nasty" for women alone," whereas one mentioned, "Of course @realDonaldTrump also said he has a very “good soul” based on that exam. I’m questioning the authenticity of the physician’s credentials!"

A user also wrote, "The test that asks you to identify is this a zebra or an elephant? That's the one your dear leader 'aced' MAGA?" while one commented, "I can't take y'all or him seriously for trying to degrade people cause you don't like them. This is where we are."
