POTUS shares mock-up image of glowing Trump Tower on Moon
WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social to share an artificially created image of a glowing Trump Tower on the surface of the Moon on Sunday, April 12.
The mock-up image with "Trump" emblazoned near the top of the tower seemed to have been inspired by a tower seen in the renderings of the planned Donald J Trump Presidential Library and Museum in Miami, Florida.

Over the past six months, I have poured my heart and soul into this project with my incredible team at @Trump.

The video shared by Eric envisions a huge glass skyscraper with "Trump" written on it and the building wrapped in an American flag.
The developers sketched out a vision of a towering Trump museum in Miami with rooms to display presidential aircraft and replicas of the prominent parts of the White House, such as the Oval Office, and a ballroom designed to replace the now‑demolished East Wing.
The shared video also displays a gold entryway and escalator, an illuminated American flag in the tower.
"This landmark on the water in Miami, Florida will stand as a lasting testament to an amazing man, an amazing developer, and the greatest President our Nation has ever known,” Eric captioned the video.

President Donald Trump, earlier this month, revealed that the proposed Presidential Library and Museum will also "most likely" include a hotel, along with "a 747, Air Force One, in the lobby."
"I don't believe in building libraries or museums," Trump told reporters in the Oval Office on March 31.
The White House informed that currently donations are being collected for the project and work will start after Trump leaves office.
Trump further told the reporters that the building has to be a "presidential center" of some sort, because that is what the Florida deal that transferred the plot to him says.
Why are presidential libraries built?
Presidential libraries are built to house the archival records of a presidency. The expenses are typically borne by private donations, which are given to the former president's foundation and later transferred to the federal government.

The funds are managed and maintained by the National Archives and Records Administration, or NARA. NARA currently manages 16 presidential libraries from presidents Herbert Hoover through Joe Biden. The former Democratic president is currently raising money for the library campus in Delaware.
Notably, Trump’s post came just days after the successful completion of the Artemis II mission, which strengthened NASA’s lunar and Mars aspirations.
