According to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI), the fatal shooting occurred around 11 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, as the Greyhound bus journeyed along Interstate 10 near Ocean Springs, per CBS42.

Rashad Price, 26, hailing from Slidell, Louisiana, stands accused in the killing of 25-year-old Jay Jackson from Decatur, Georgia. Price's capture took place around 3 a.m. on Monday after local deputies intercepted him crossing the interstate.
Price now finds himself incarcerated in the Jackson County jail in Mississippi without bond, as he awaits legal proceedings. However, as of Monday, it remains undisclosed whether Price has retained legal representation, per Fox.
