NEW YORK: The upscale Westchester County address that presidential candidate Robert F Kennedy Jr cites as his residence on his voter registration is currently facing foreclosure due to nonpayment, according to court documents, the New York Post reported.

Even though he is not the owner of the million-dollar house that is in arrears, RFK Jr claims to have his voting address at 84 Croton Lake Road in Katonah.

Moreover, several longstanding neighbors and local officials were taken aback by the idea that the property was his home.

Notably, a local cop said on Sunday, May 19, "No … he doesn’t live here". However, according to documents acquired by the New York Post, RFK Jr also identified the same location as his 'domicile'— or residence— on presidential candidacy applications he filed in New Hampshire in recent months.

According to an examination of voting records, RFK Jr reportedly used that New York address to cast ballots in primaries and/or general elections as recently as 2020, as well as in 2018, 2016, 2014, 2013, 2011, 2010, and 2008.

Moreover, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he also cast his mail-in ballot using the Croton Lake address. Barbara Moss, the spouse of Westchester doctor Timothy Haydock, a close friend of Kennedy's, legally owns the property.

In addition to serving as each other's first wedding best men, RFK Jr is godfather to Haydock's daughter. Moss is an interior and landscape designer.

In March, the US Bank Trust Company filed a foreclosure suit in the state Supreme Court, saying Moss owed $46,106 plus interest.

In a statement released Sunday night, the Kennedy campaign emphasized that the house serves as RFK Jr's official address.

The campaign stated, "He receives mail there. His driver’s license is registered there. His automobile is registered there. His voting registration is from there. His hunting, fishing, falconry, and wildlife rehabilitation licenses are from there. He pays rent to the owner".

Internet trolls RFK Jr for listing Westchester home as voting address

Several internet users trolled RFK Jr as he cited the Westchester County address as his residence on his voter registration, which is currently facing foreclosure due to nonpayment.

A social media user wrote on X, "That’s the worm talking," while one added, "He's worth $50 Million I thought he lives in CA with his wife Cheryl Hines."

A person asked, "he is a Kennedy what do you expect?" whereas one mentioned, "That's probably just his 'hook-up' shack."

One social media user wrote, "I know an Uber driver who has taken him to and from that place at least a dozen times in the past 2 years," while another added, "He's a cheater! He sounds like Katherine Hepburn in the movie 'On Golden Pond'. We need someone healthy to be president."
