MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA: Renee Nicole Good was a dedicated 'warrior' for the Minneapolis 'ICE Watch' movement who specifically trained to resist federal agents before she was killed while veering her car toward them.

The 37-year-old mother was a central figure in a group of activists who worked to 'document and resist' the federal immigration crackdown in Minnesota.

Renee Nicole Good joined activists through her son’s school

Good became involved in the anti-ICE movement through her 6-year-old son’s charter school, which puts 'social justice first' and prioritizes 'involving kids in political and social activism.'

At a vigil held in the activist-heavy neighborhood of south Minneapolis, a fellow parent named Leesa praised Good’s dedication to the cause.

“She was a warrior. She died doing what was right,” Leesa said. “I know she was doing the right thing. I watched the video plenty of times but I also know in my heart the woman she was, she was doing everything right.”

Furthermore, former gym teacher Rashad Rich confirmed the school's radical environment, noting that, “From my understanding, she was involved in social justice … we are a tight-knit community and a lot of parents are activists.”

Renee Nicole Good received thorough training to resist federal agents

Through the school community, Good joined 'ICE Watch,' a coalition that has recently aligned with radical groups like Twin Cities Ungovernables.

Groups like them use phone apps and whistles to disrupt raids, and members often receive specific training on how to handle federal officers.

“Renee Good was trained against these ICE agents — what to do, what not to do, it’s a very thorough training,” Leesa explained. “To listen to commands, to know your rights, to whistle when you see an ICE agent.”

Renee Nicole Good died after charging her SUV toward agents

The shooting took place during a period where DHS reported a 3,200% spike in vehicular attacks against agents, which officials blame on 'radical rhetoric from sanctuary politicians.'

Good was killed when she sped her SUV toward two officers, an act DHS Secretary Kristi Noem described as self-defense because the Goods had been 'stalking and harassing' agents all day.

The surrounding neighborhood, filled with signs of radical activists like Assata Shakur, became a scene of chaos as Good’s wife, Rebecca, realized the consequences of their actions.

“I made her come down here, it’s my fault,” Rebecca sobbed while covered in blood. “They shot her in the head. I have a 6-year-old in school.”
