What did Eminie Hughes' mother say?

Houston police say Eminie might be on a social media app known as Tagged, a site that allows users to meet people and can also serve as a dating app. She is believed to be in the area of Missouri City, Texas.

“I pray and hope that she’s not in no type of harm’s way,” her mother, Shannon Williams, told Click 2 Houston, adding “She’s a baby. She doesn’t understand what’s actually going on, so it’s been really devastating.” Anyone with information is asked to call Houston Police Department Missing Person's at Missing Persons at 832-394-1840.
