Stephen Colbert channels Joe Biden to mock Donald Trump's dance-a-thon town hall
OAKS, PENNSYLVANIA: Stephen Colbert took aim at Donald Trump’s recent dance-heavy town hall, donning aviator sunglasses to mimic Joe Biden's reaction to the unusual spectacle, on the Tuesday, October 15 episode of 'The Late Show'.
The GOP nominee danced for over 30 minutes after two attendees experienced medical emergencies at a Pennsylvania town hall hosted by South Dakota Gov Kristi Noem.

After the first attendee fainted, Donald Trump requested his staff to play Schubert’s 'Ave Maria'. He requested the aides to play the same music again when a second individual collapsed shortly after.
Pointing out the GOP nominee's choice of music, Colbert quipped, "Come on, come on. At least switch up your sad music."
Once the audience members received assistance, Trump indicated that he wanted to turn the event into a "musical fest" rather than answer questions.
He said, "Let’s not do any more questions. Let’s just listen to music," and went on to groove to some of his favorite tracks, including 'YMCA' and 'It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World', for more than half an hour.
Colbert criticized Trump for cutting the event short, noting he had only taken five questions before going off track. He even mimicked the MAGA spearhead's signature fist-pumping dance.

After sharing more jokes about Donald Trump's "random assortment of hits," Stephen Colbert channeled his inner Joe Biden, complete with the president’s Ray-Ban aviators.
"You kicked me out of the race for being too old and crazy, that guy’s doing the dayroom shuffle to 'November Rain,'" joked the late-night host.
As Colbert wrapped up his opening monologue, he referenced the musical 'Cats' while alluding to Trump’s repeated false claim that Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, are abducting and eating pets.
"Trump closed out the event with some handshaking to another beloved song, ‘Memory,’ which, of course, is from his favorite musical: ‘They're Eating the Cats,'" quipped the comedian.
Colbert also commented on the absurdity of Trump’s performance and the contrast with Kamala Harris, who was busy preparing for a Fox News interview.
He humorously noted her unlikely endorsements from past reality TV contestants, remarking that Trump was losing his TV friends rapidly, while also poking fun at the media's treatment of her. "She’s making headlines while he’s hosting the world’s saddest party," said Colbert.
