Taylor Swift rewards woman with $600 for working at Chiefs game on Christmas Day

KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: Taylor Swift has once again shown her generosity! Swift rewarded Robyn Gentry, a catering attendant at Kansas City Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium, with $600 for working at the Chiefs game on Christmas Day. After receiving the generous tip, Robyn praised 'The Fate of Ophelia' singer and her fiance, Travis Kelce, calling them 'beautifully kind people.'

According to a Facebook post shared by Robyn Gentry in a group called 'Taylor Swift Vault,' she began her post with an excited question, “If Taylor handed you money would you frame it?!?”

Robyn, who joined the 'Taylor Swift Vault' group in September 2025, then explained, “I was working at Arrowhead for the chiefs game Christmas day. I was doing my end of season to do list, talking with my coworkers when security goes to walk through.”

Robyn continued, “First it was momma kelce, then it was Travis, and then Taylor.” She described how Swift handed her the money, “She was running around telling everyone merry Christmas and came towards me, saying thank you so much for working on Christmas, please take this, Merry Christmas."

Robyn shared her reaction, “My mind just froze. Of course I said Merry Christmas and thank you so much. Travis and her were smiling so big and just kept saying merry Christmas, thank you for working Christmas 🎄 but then they were gone and I stopped to look at what was in my hand.... $600.”

She added, “My whole paycheck for two weeks. I had just dropped that much for Christmas for 8 kids. I immediately started crying.”

She then explained what she did with the gift: “So I came home and cant bring myself to spend it. So I framed one. Still havent spent any 🤣🤣.”

Robyn continued, “But I wanted to share the story with people who will appreciate it with me 🥰. Taylor and Travis are beautifully kind people. Its very true, incredible and very kind people.” She concluded the post, saying, “Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday to me 🥰.”

Taylor Swift donates over $2 million to charities

Just days ago, Taylor Swift donated more than $2 million to several charitable organizations supporting hunger relief, healthcare, and music advocacy. She gave $1 million to Feeding America, $1 million to the American Heart Association, and an additional contribution to MusiCares, which helps music professionals facing financial, medical, or personal hardships.

In response, the 'American Heart Association' said, “We remain ‘Fearless’ in our relentless commitment to prevent heart disease and stroke,” reaffirming its mission to help Americans live longer, healthier lives.

'Feeding America' CEO Claire Babineaux-Fontenot thanked Swift, highlighting the impact of her donation during the holiday season. She called Swift’s generosity 'a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we unite to end hunger' and noted that the gift would help families nationwide access nutritious meals.

Swift also supported the music industry. The Academy of Country Music said it felt 'enchanted' to receive a donation from the singer, marking a special moment as the organization nears the 20th anniversary of its philanthropic program, ACM Lifting Lives.
