LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Taylor Swift, crowned the world’s richest female musician in 2024, is using her wealth to share joy with others and prepare for a new chapter in her life.

The 'Anti-Hero' singer, 35, has reportedly handed out a jaw-dropping $55 million in bonuses to employees who contributed to the massive success of her Eras tour, which raked in $2 billion in ticket sales.

A crew member involved in the US leg of Taylor Swift's tour recently disclosed that she surprised him with a $100,000 bonus. "Taylor has a huge heart,” a source told Life & Style and added, “She gives credit where credit’s due.”

Taylor is also investing in her $17.75 million Watch Hill mansion in Rhode Island. A $1.7 million renovation project is underway to add an extra bedroom and bathrooms, upgrade the kitchen, and create a more family-friendly space.

Purchased in 2013, the estate has been the backdrop for many of her iconic Fourth of July parties, though Taylor skipped the tradition in 2024 due to her touring schedule.

Taylor and boyfriend Travis Kelce, 35, also spent quality time together at the mansion during her tour breaks. The couple was spotted enjoying her Rhode Island estate in August 2024 alongside friends Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

At the time Taylor had a two-month break coming up on her tour, and insiders had suggested to the outlet that Taylor is eager to settle into domestic bliss, with plans to cheer on Kelce at Kansas City Chiefs games and embrace a quieter life.

An insider shared, "She’s had the time of her life performing all over the world but is looking forward to just nesting during her tour’s two-month hiatus. She can’t wait to root Travis on at Kansas City Chiefs home games and really focus on him without having one foot out the door.”

Taylor’s renovations are reportedly part of her vision for a future with Kelce. According to The New York Post, the Rhode Island mansion will serve as the couple’s home base and could one day become the place where they raise a family.

“This is going to be her main home base and where she and Kelce will hopefully raise a family one day,” a source said.

Taylor Swift also made a generous donation to aid victims of the recent wildfires that have devastated parts of Los Angeles, calling the destruction "heartbreaking" and "so much suffering."

The 35-year-old singer shared her contribution in an Instagram story, where she listed a series of charities she has donated to, including the California Community Foundation Fund, Greater Los Angeles Education Relief, Habitat for Humanity, MusiCares, and others. Swift encouraged her followers to support these organizations as well if they were able.

“The fires in California have devastated so many families, and it’s been heartbreaking to see the stories unfold," Swift wrote and continued, "So much suffering, loss, and destruction. As so many embark on some of the most challenging times of their lives, there are also many amazing organizations and groups banding together to help these communities rebuild."

Swift's primary residence in Beverly Hills, which she purchased for $25 million in 2015, was not affected by the fires. Since she has spent much of her time recently between Kansas City and New York, she may not have been in California when the fires began on January 7.

Swift has a long history of philanthropy, particularly in response to natural disasters. Last year, she donated $5 million to support recovery efforts for Hurricane Helene and Milton in Florida.
