NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Host Joy Behar was trolled over social media for her emotional outburst to President Joe Biden's farewell speech on Thursday, January 16, episode of 'The View'.

The show's panelists saw the 17-minute Oval Office address before discussing the subject on air, which led to Behar's outburst, reported the Daily Mail

In his speech, Biden reportedly warned Americans of the prospect of domestic oligarchs, noting that a "dangerous concentration of power (is currently) in the hands of a very few ultra-wealthy people."

Joy Behar's reaction to Joe Biden's speech

Joy Behar said that she misses having President Joe Biden as President even though he has just left office, taking his warning about the unchecked concentration of power in the hands of a few to the heart.

"I miss him. He’s a good person," she told her co-hosts on the ABC talk show. "You know, (Biden) spent the last 50 years caring about the country. This other one spent 50 years scamming everybody, you know, and trying to stay out of jail."

The 82-year-old television host refused to name incoming president Donald Trump, insisting that the audience knew "who I’m talking about" as she went on to slam him on air.

"I feel like we were safe, like I didn't have to worry, was anything going to blow up? I could live my life while he was there," Behar said of the Biden regime. "(Now), every day I wake up, and I worry - what is this guy (Trump) going to do next?" she added.

Behar further called out the "oligarchs," seemingly referring to billionaires Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos. The three have reportedly cozied up to Trump before and after the 2024 election.

Advising them to redistribute their wealth, Behar said, "Do they think they’re going to live forever? These people. Everybody dies, I hate to break it to them."

Internet tells Joy Behar to 'shut up' after her emotional outburst

People on the internet mocked Joy Behar for her emotional pro-Joe Biden rant on 'The View'.

"Of course she misses him. She is part of the coverup that shows he was incapable of leading….but she benefited from the false narrative. She is a disgrace," wrote a viewer user.

"What planet is she on?" asked another.

"Another ignorant, stupid idiot. Blinded by her own vanity," one person declared.

"Shut up please," another noted with a gif.

"My favorite part of that rant is when Joy said she was going to shut up," one individual said.

"She is and always been a mental case. This nonsense does not surprise me," added another.
