'There's no way in hell': Bunnie Xo dismisses Chad Kroeger rumors as 'crazy' amid Jelly Roll divorce
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bunnie Xo has finally spoken out after rumors began circulating that she had begun dating Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger amid her ongoing divorce with Jelly Roll.
The speculation gained traction after a series of social media posts involving Nickelback surfaced around the same time news of the couple's split became public. Bunnie has now firmly denied the claims, insisting there was no romantic connection between her and Kroeger.

Just hours before the divorce update became public, Bunnie shared a TikTok video of herself lip-syncing to Nickelback's hit song 'How You Remind Me’.
Additionally, the 46-year-old had also shared a video on Instagram in May showing herself hugging Kroeger. On top of the clip, text read, “The moment I finally got to be back in his arms.”
The posts quickly fueled online speculation, with some social media users suggesting that Bunnie had moved on with the Nickelback singer following her separation from Jelly Roll.

But now, Bunnie, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, has hit back at the accusations as she claimed on her 'Dumb Blonde' podcast, "I post this Nickelback song not thinking anything of it, not a shot at [Jelly Roll]. Not even realizing that it’s a breakup song. It’s trending on TikTok, so I was like, ‘Oh, f–k yeah, Nickleback’s trending on TikTok, I’m gonna do a TikTok to it."
She further explained that “I am not with Daddy Chaddy. There’s no way in hell that that would even be a thing. And no, I did not cheat on my husband and leave him for Chad, and like, none of that. Like, please.”

The media producer also went on to apologize to Kroeger and his band for the controversy.
“This is so wrong. I am not dating Chad Kroeger. I am so sorry to Chad and Nickelback for this happening. It’s embarrassing. So there is no Chad and Bunnie XO,” she added.
Elsewhere during the podcast, Bunnie also confirmed that her soon-to-be ex-husband has started dating someone else. She, however, denied his connection with singer-songwriter Jessie Murph.
“That is absolutely kind of disgusting, guys. Like, love you guys for trying to put together the pieces, but that's a twenty-year age gap, and that's just disrespectful,” she noted.
Jelly Roll says Bunnie Xo will always be his best friend
Jelly also cleared the air around the cheating rumors as he said during a show in Saratoga Springs, New York, on June 18 night, “Nobody cheated on nobody. She just did a whole podcast about it. You can go watch it. Every word of it is the truth.”
The Grammy-nominated artist even called Bunnie his “best friend” as he asserted, “That will be my best friend forever. This is the only time I will ever speak about it. Bunnie, I love you, baby.”
