NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Laura Ingraham recently discussed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's case against former President Donald Trump on 'The Ingraham Angle,' pointing out what she sees as a rising concern among media figures.

Ingraham opened with the statement, "Dead dogs can't bark. But from day one of this ludicrous case against Trump, the Manhattan DA has been pounding on the canine corpse, trying desperately to resuscitate it," She continued, "Look, he's still breathing, so pay attention and watch him do tricks."

Ingraham critiques DA Bragg's indictment-first approach against Trump

Ingraham's analysis shifted towards the crux of her argument: Alvin Bragg's strategy and the perceived absence of substance in the case itself.

Ingraham continued, bluntly assessing the legal proceedings, "But it's not working. The case is flatlining."

"And that's because Alvin Bragg's approach was to indict Trump first and find a crime later. One problem: There's no crime," she asserted.

"And David Pecker's testimony didn't help the prosecution," Ingraham added. "It was particularly delicious, I thought, to see how uncomfortable one CNN host got when one of his guests spoke the truth about the case."

"Well, they're starting to feel the pressure," Ingraham asserted, describing the "lawfare" against Trump as "completely backfiring."

Ingraham concluded by saying, "And so, disappointed commentators who kind of bet the farm on this are just left sputtering, even – and this was really great this morning – offering nasty jabs after Trump's sweet birthday greetings to Melania."
