MANHATTAN, NEW YORK: Kid Rock posted a passionate message on his Instagram following the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump on July 13.

Reportedly, former president Donald Trump was targeted in an assassination attempt at a Pennsylvania rally, just before his anticipated acceptance of the Republican nomination for a third term.

The gunfire caused chaos, with Trump claiming he was shot in the ear. Despite being bloodied, he defiantly pumped his fist as Secret Service agents rushed him to safety in an SUV

Kid Rocks posts only 8-word-message supporting Donald Trump

The video, also circulated on other platforms, contains explicit language. Former President Trump confirmed via a Truth Social post that he was shot in the ear during the recent incident but assured everyone that he was unharmed.



 

Video from C-Span, posted on X, captured the US Secret Service swiftly escorting a bloodied Trump offstage after gunfire erupted.



 

In a press statement, the Secret Service disclosed that a rally attendee was fatally shot, while two others sustained critical injuries.

The agency also reported through a press statement that the shooter was neutralized by Secret Service personnel but did not disclose the assailant's identity or motive.

Earlier this year, Rolling Stone detailed Kid Rock's transformation into a staunch supporter of the MAGA movement, even referring to Trump as his confidant.

Kid Rock receives support from social media

On his Instagram post, Kid Rock received an outpouring of support for his commentary following the incident.

One viewer expressed, "M**herf*cking right."

Another viewer shared, "We the people are PISSED!"

One viewer pointed out, "This is how we all feel. This man has more support now than ever. This is some of the weakest shit that anyone could attempt. President Trump, you are impressive sir!!! Thanks for standing up as always Mr Kid."

A follower observed, "Love you Kid Rock. Go TRUMP."

One comment stated, "I’m so disgusted, I’m shaking. God bless Trump."

Another comment read, "We gotta make a stand. Enough is Enough."
