LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Travis Kelce has expressed his excitement about beginning new traditions with his wife, Taylor Swift, as the holiday season approaches.

The Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end tied the knot with the pop icon in July at Madison Square Garden in New York City, in a ceremony attended by nearly 1,000 high-profile guests. Now, as the couple prepares to celebrate their first Christmas as a married couple, Kelce has shared what he is looking forward to most about the festive season.

In Tommy Hilfiger's new winter campaign, Kelce shared his excitement about celebrating his first Christmas as a married man and creating new traditions with Swift.

"I'm excited for this year to be my first Christmas as a married man. I love all the old traditions and can't wait to start some new ones. I start celebrating as that tree goes up."

The 37-year-old athlete also revealed what his idea of a perfect holiday would look like. For Kelce, the ideal celebration would involve spending Christmas Day with his family while playing a night game.

Kelce's latest comments come after he revealed that he spent Christmas 2025 with Swift and her family.

At the time, the football star also spoke about the gift he received from his then-fiancée, though he chose not to reveal what she had given him.

"The best gift that I got was from Taylor. But it gives away things that we're trying to keep in house. So I'm not going to say it," Kelce stated, before adding, "And I love you, Tay."

Meanwhile, a source had reportedly shared details about the couple's holiday plans, saying Kelce was "looking forward to spending time in the mountains with Taylor, enjoying a real winter getaway complete with skiing, hot chocolate, cozy rooms, and chilling out while watching the snow fall."

Kelce also reportedly went all out while choosing Christmas presents for Swift.

According to a tipster, the athlete spent $140,000 on gifts for the singer. The reported presents included a $90,000 Rolex and a $6,700 Dior handbag.

"He has been working on this for several weeks and picked out some beautiful items from her favorite brands, like Dior, to ensure she has the perfect outfits ready for their trip in the coming weeks," the insider added.

Meanwhile, as mentioned earlier, Kelce and Swift’s July wedding was a star-studded affair, reportedly officiated by actor and comedian Adam Sandler, who shares connections with both of them.

Kelce had a cameo in Sandler's movie 'Happy Gilmore 2' and later gave him a shout-out on social media.
