The 19-year-old running back, known for his prowess on the field, has been taken into custody in connection with a shooting that occurred last week in Farmerville, Louisiana, leaving two individuals injured.

The incident, which unfolded around 10.30 pm on Friday, February 9, has taken a grim turn, with reports indicating one woman in critical condition after sustaining three gunshot wounds, and a man shot in the lower leg.

The investigation has revealed that the shooting followed an earlier altercation at the location, involving three shooters firing multiple rounds.
Holly, along with two others, was arrested and booked at the Union Parish Detention Center after voluntarily turning himself in on Thursday, February 15.

In response to the charges, LSU has suspended Holly "indefinitely" from all team activities. The university issued a statement expressing, "We are aware that a student-athlete has been arrested in relation to a shooting in Union Parish," as per Daily Mail.
"This student-athlete has been suspended indefinitely from all team activities, in accordance with departmental policies. Out of respect for the judicial process, we will have no further comment," LSU stated.
As the legal proceedings unfold, ESPN's Pete Thamel reports that Holly is currently being held on a substantial $512,000 bond.
Sheriff Dusty Gates of the Union Parish Sheriff’s Office has confirmed an ongoing investigation, suggesting the possibility of another shooter involved. While additional suspects remain unidentified, further arrests are anticipated.
