PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: GOP 2024 presidential nominee Donald Trump slammed President Joe Biden for taking "credit for everything" that the former POTUS did while in office during his fierce DNC speech on Monday, August 19.

Biden gave a speech at the DNC on Monday, August 19, to celebrate the different goals his administration had met over the past four years, including creating 60 million new jobs and lowering the racial wealth gap, according to OK Magazine.

Donald Trump slams Joe Biden for stealing 'credit for everything'

Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social on Tuesday, August 20, "An angry and ranting Speech full of LIES, Biden took credit for everything done during the Trump Administration, even continuing to say that he was better on Inflation and Jobs."

He added, "He never mentioned the Afghanistan Disaster and all the Wars he got us into, or the fact that far more people died from COVID during the Biden years than the Trump years."



 

"The Jobs Biden/Harris 'created' were almost 100% from Illegal Aliens pouring into our Country, which are destroying the lives of our Black and Hispanic population!" the former president added.

Joe Biden says 'we need to preserve our democracy' in fiery DNC speech

During the DNC speech, President Joe Biden said, "I love the job, but I love my country more. All this talk about how I'm angry at all those people [who] said I should step down — that's not true. I love my country more, and we need to preserve our democracy in 2024."

He added, "I've made a lot of mistakes in my career, but I gave my best to you. As your president, I've been determined to keep America moving forward, not going back. To stand against hate and violence in all its forms."

Biden also praised Kamala Harris and said, "Her story represents the best American story. She’ll be a president our children can look up to. She’ll be a president respected by world leaders. … She will be a president we can all be proud of. She will be a historic president who puts her stamp on America’s future." 



 

Donald Trump trolled for ranting about Joe Biden's DNC speech

Several internet users trolled Donald Trump after he accused President Joe Biden of allegedly taking "credit for everything" that the former president did during his term in office in his fierce DNC speech.

A user wrote on X, "Yes Donald, ridicule those with speech impediments. These are the things you will be remembered for," while one added, "Took credit for everything done during the Trump Admin? You act like we don't remember the Trump Admin."



 



 

One person stated, "Accusing someone else of a ranting speech full of LIES," whereas another remarked, "Trump is such a liar. This is a a task that can be googled. Voting blue down ballot now."



 



 

One person wrote, "Dementia at its finest," while another commented, "He ended the only war we were in, because you were too much of a coward to do it. Be mad."
