PALM BEACH, FL: President Donald Trump directed the opening salvos of "major combat operations" against Iran overnight from a secure command center at Mar-a-Lago.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed that the president was flanked by his senior national security team as the massive US and Israeli military offensive began to unfold across the Middle East.

In a display of high-level tactical coordination, President Trump held a direct phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu while weapons were actively striking Iranian targets.

Leavitt confirmed that both nations were carrying out simultaneous, coordinated attacks against the Iranian regime.

Command and control from Florida base

The White House clarified that the president remained in constant oversight throughout the night in Palm Beach.

Working in lockstep with his top advisors, Trump received live intelligence as the United States launched its most significant military maneuver in the region.

Leavitt signaled that this intensive monitoring would persist indefinitely as the operation entered its next phase.

"The President and his national security team will continue to closely monitor the situation throughout the day," she stated, emphasizing the administration's "all-hands" posture.

Total US and Israeli alignment

The ongoing offensive is a fully integrated joint operation, with both Trump and Netanyahu personally aligning their respective military strikes.

The White House confirmed that Israel’s forces were actively engaged in their own offensive maneuvers against Iran alongside US assets.

The administration is treating the operation as a fluid, evolving engagement.

As the 'Department of War' and the president’s team assess the damage from the initial waves, Trump remains in constant communication with regional allies to manage the potential for escalation.

The coordinated strikes have triggered immediate reactions across the globe, with several nations closing their airspace and oil markets reacting to the potential for a prolonged conflict.

In his address, Trump urged the Iranian people to use this military vacuum to take back their government, calling it a once-in-a-generation opportunity for freedom.

As the day progresses, the White House has indicated that the president will continue to receive updates from his national security team at Mar-a-Lago.

The administration maintains that the mission is a necessary step to protect American interests and thwart the nuclear ambitions of the Iranian regime.
