WASHINGTON, DC: Nicki Minaj shared a lighthearted moment with Donald Trump at the Trump Accounts Summit on Wednesday, January 28. Trump told her he would grow out his nails so they could match Minaj’s iconic manicure.

Minaj arrived with a bold, “mile-long” nail set that immediately stood out. She was also seen holding hands with Trump during the event, drawing attention. Minaj and Trump conversed during the Trump Accounts Summit, and the interaction took a couple of hours to go viral.

The rapper was at the White House for the launch of “Trump Accounts,” a government-supported investment program for babies in the country. Addressing the crowd, she proudly said, "I am probably the president's No 1 fan, and that's not going to change."

Trump praises Nicki Minaj’s bold manicure

Minaj stepped out in full fashion mode as she attended the summit. She wore an oversized white fur coat with a leather collar and belt over a butter-yellow high-neck jersey dress.

She completed the look with white heels and gold jewelry. While her outfit made headlines, it was her dramatic manicure that truly stood out. She sported a “mile-long” set of nails and was also seen holding hands with Trump during the event.

During the Trump Accounts Summit, the president took a moment to comment on Minaj’s standout manicure. “I said I am going to let my nails grow because I love those nails. I am going to let those nails grow,” Trump said while calling Minaj up on stage. His remark quickly drew attention to her nails, which had become a major talking point at the event.

The singer, who has openly supported Trump, appeared on stage during the event and did not shy away from expressing her admiration. She referred to herself as the number “one fan” of POTUS.

Nicki Minaj calls herself Trump’s top supporter

“I will say that I am probably the president's number one fan, and that's not going to change,” said Nicki Minaj. “The hate or what people have to say, it does not affect me at all. It actually motivates me to support him more.”

She also said that she would not let the billionaire president's opponents “get away with bullying him, and you know, the smear campaigns. It's not going to work.” Minaj added, “He has a lot of force behind him, and God is protecting him. Amen.”



At the White House, she was greeted with handshakes and hugs by auto workers, while the president watched from the background. 

According to CNBC, Minaj plans to contribute between $150,000 and $300,000 to the Trump accounts.
