WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump dropped a bombshell, stating that pardons signed by former President Joe Biden using an autopen are invalid and should be nullified.

Trump's statement comes after the POTUS replaced the photo of his predecessor with an autopen on the residential Wall of Fame at the White House.

Donald Trump claims Joe Biden was unaware and unfit for open borders policies

Trump said after signing an executive order, "All those pardons he gave to some very bad, unpatriotic and evil people, it looks to me like those pardons are worthless."

Further taking a jab at Biden, the POTUS said, "The president didn't know he was alive. He didn't approve any of these stuffs. He was never for open borders. I have known Biden a long time, and he was never very sharp. But he never was in favor of open borders and all the other things he did to destroy our country."

Over the past few months, Joe Biden has been facing flak for using autopen during his presidential term.

In July 2025, Biden defended his controversial use of an autopen while shedding light on his administration's rationale for using the technology.

During a New York Times interview, the former president said that he "made every decision" on his own.

Interestingly, Biden granted clemency and pardoned more than 1,500 individuals during his final weeks in office.

Biden told the outlet, "We’re talking about [granting clemency to] a whole lot of people."

However, the outlet reported that the former president "did not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons that applied to large numbers of people," as per Biden and his aides.

The NYT report read, "Rather, after extensive discussion of different possible criteria, [Biden] signed off on the standards he wanted to be used to determine which convicts would qualify for a reduction in sentence."

Moreover, in June, Trump sent a memo to the Department of Justice (DOJ) directing Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate the autopen usage and determine if it was related to a decline in Joe Biden's mental state.

James Comer says Biden 'wasn’t the one in command' at end of his term

Rep James Comer, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, said on August 31 that it’s becoming apparent Joe Biden wasn’t the one in command at the end of his presidency.

Comer, who launched an investigation into the Biden autopen scandal and health cover-up, identified five Joe Biden aides who were allegedly involved in covering up the former president’s mental decline and the autopen scandal.

During 'Sunday Morning Futures' with guest host Jackie De Angelis on August 31, Comer said, "We’re trying to get to the bottom of who was operating the autopen, and we have brought in a dozen people so far, and they are all pointing the finger at other people."

"It’s becoming very apparent that Joe Biden really wasn’t the one in command at the end of his presidency and that’s important because you are talking about thousands of pardons and dozens of executive orders that were signed with that autopen," he added.

De Angelis noted that ten FBI whistleblowers had warned of political weaponization and stated that they faced retaliation from the Biden administration.

She also added that this weaponization was not only directed at Trump but also impacted many ordinary people who were doing their jobs, with many lives ruined due to what she described as the Biden DOJ’s actions during the last four years.

Trump trolls Biden with autopen signature portrait on Walk of Fame

A viral video of Donald Trump's new Presidential Wall of Fame at the White House surfaced, revealing that the POTUS replaced the photo of Joe Biden with an autopen.

Earlier this week, there were reports that Trump had added the Presidential Walk of Fame along a walkway outside the West Wing, just next to the Rose Garden.

The wall features black-and-white portraits of Trump and former presidents.

However, on Wednesday, September 24, a video of the Hollywood-style Wall of Fame surfaced, showing portraits of all the presidents.

However, instead of Joe Biden's photo, the administration installed an image of an autopen.
