WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald J Trump unleashed a blistering social media attack on Representative Thomas Massie on Wednesday morning, March 11, labeling him as the "WORST Republican Congressman" in the history of the United States.

The verbal offensive came at a high-tension moment, as the president is scheduled to visit Massie’s own constituency in Kentucky later this afternoon.

On Truth Social, Trump grouped Massie with other prominent GOP targets, claiming he was "even worse" than "Crazy Liz Chaney" and "Cryin’ Adam Kinzinger."

The president further expressed hope that Massie would "lose BIG" in his upcoming primary against a "great American Patriot," concluding his post with a defiant "I LOVE KENTUCKY!!!"

Thomas Massie fires back at Trump's taunts

Representative Massie was quick to respond to the president’s taunts, pivoting the focus to his legislative agenda.

Taking to X, Massie predicted that "President" Trump would "begrudgingly sign" his "beautiful Epstein Files Transparency Act."

Massie suggested that the enactment of this bill would lead to global upheaval, causing "beleaguered princes and ambassadors" to face arrest or resign in "total shame."

Massie’s retort carried a sarcastic edge, as he added, "Oh wait, that already happened," seemingly mocking the president's aggressive posture.

The president’s post did not stop at Massie. He also characterized his GOP critics as "misfits and losers."

Trump targeted Marjorie Taylor Greene, referring to her as Marjorie "Traitor" Brown. He claimed that "Green turns to Brown under stress," signaling a possible deep fracture within the traditional MAGA coalition as he prepares to touch down in the Bluegrass State.

Trump's visit to Kentucky this afternoon is expected to intensify the primary battle, as he has now firmly thrown his weight behind Massie’s opponent.

Trump to back Ed Gallrein during Kentucky visit

President Donald Trump’s visit to a logistics facility in Hebron, Kentucky, on Wednesday afternoon is expected to provide a direct platform for Ed Gallrein, a retired Navy SEAL and farmer, challenging Rep Thomas Massie in the May 19 Republican primary.

The trip marks the first time this election cycle that Trump will travel to a congressional district where he has vowed to oppose a sitting Republican who has broken with his administration on key policy issues.

Trump and Gallrein are scheduled to appear together at the Verst Logistics Contract Packaging Facility, where the president is expected to publicly present Gallrein as his endorsed candidate.
