WASHINGTON, DC: Donald Trump's White House and Marjorie Taylor Greene traded accusatory jabs over who really is "America Last" on Friday, March 27.

The row erupted after the former congresswoman accused the Trump administration of delivering the opposite of the promised "America First" by imposing "another pointless foreign war" on Americans. She also predicted that Republicans will lose control of the House of Representatives and possibly the Senate in the upcoming midterm elections

Marjorie Taylor Greene says Trump and GOP sold 'America First' but instead governed 'America Last'

In a scathing X (formerly Twitter) post, the former GOP representative attacked Trump and his administration, writing, "Americans don’t give a damn about Trump building a WH ballroom or renovating the Kennedy Center as they are paying $4+ dollars per gallon for gas and nearly $6 for diesel because of another pointless foreign war."

Greene stressed that Americans are suffering from the high cost of health insurance, the high cost of living, inflation, and an ever-decreasing dollar value "because of all the stupid decisions made by stupid politicians."

"Republicans are going to lose the House in the midterms and maybe the Senate too because Trump and Republicans sold America First but instead governed America LAST," the Georgia Republican predicted.

White House accuses Marjorie Taylor Greene of putting ‘America Last’

Responding to Greene's accusations, the Trump White House highlighted her resignation in the middle of her term and claimed that she was the one to put "America Last."

"There is nothing more ‘America Last’ than quitting on your constituents and the MAGA movement in the middle of your term," White House said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

"President Trump is fighting every single day to Make America Great Again – we don’t have time for quitters," added White House spokesman Davis Ingle.

Trump and Marjorie Taylor Greene's feud is rooted in the Epstein files push

Greene resigned from Congress in the middle of her two-year term early this year after Trump called her a "traitor" for demanding the release of Epstein files.

She announced her resignation early in November 2025 and said that she would not take part in a “hurtful and hateful primary."

Trump and Greene's relationship remains as fractured as ever and the president even cracked a joke about his ongoing differences with Greene after her fiance, Brian Glenn, returned to the White House press corps on Thursday.

"Brian, I haven't seen you in a long time. He's been in a very strange location. I don't know... He's had a strange thing happen,” Trump said, possibly referring to the feud, to which the room laughed.

Marjorie Taylor Greene calls both parties 'absolute failures'

In her X post, Greene maintained that Republicans, like Democrats, failed and offered no solution to the problems of Americans.

“Democrats put illegals and trans above Americans and offer no new policies to solve the problems they too created. Both parties are absolute failures. Don’t lecture your voters that you have to vote for them when you have intentionally failed and betrayed your campaign promises just because the other side is intolerable. Screw you," the Republican wrote,

"You betray Americans, you put Americans last, you deserve to lose, you don’t deserve support,” she stressed.

While concluding her online screed against Trump and his administration, Greene said, "Many Americans are learning to live without the system and want nothing to do with any of it. Home schooling, farming and farmers markets, homesteading, networking among themselves is how many of us will survive beyond the insanity of the two parties."
