WASHINGTON, DC: Donald Trump’s niece, Mary Trump, weighed in on his note to Jeffrey Epstein after its public release, while the president denied the signature was his.

The House Oversight Committee on Monday, September 8, released more contents of the Epstein files, including a 238-page book compiled by Ghislaine Maxwell for Epstein’s 50th birthday.

The release comes as Trump faces intense pressure, including from MAGA supporters and his own party, to provide clarity on what the investigations uncovered.

Mary Trump says it's 'definitely' her uncle's signature

The 238-page book contained a birthday note allegedly written by Donald Trump. The note appeared next to a nude drawing of a woman and included what looked like Trump’s signature, apparently shaped to look like pubic hair.

Trump has denied any involvement and is suing The Wall Street Journal for publishing a story about the letter in July.

After WSJ published a story with the picture of the supposed letter on Monday, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt posted on X (formerly Twitter), “The latest piece published by the Wall Street Journal PROVES this entire 'Birthday Card' story is false. As I have said all along, it’s very clear President Trump did not draw this picture, and he did not sign it."

Amid signature comparisons circulating online, Mary posted on X, “That’s definitely his signature. Just saying.”

Mary, the daughter of the president's late brother Fred Trump Jr, has long been critical of her uncle. In 2020, she published a book about Trump titled "Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man."

This week, she also reposted Trump’s AI “Chipocalypse Now” meme with the caption, “This draft-dodging coward continues to be the most vile person I have ever known."

Internet mocks Mary Trump over signature comment

Several internet users trolled Mary Trump as she weighed in on Donald Trump's apparent note to Jeffrey Epstein, while the president denied the signature was his.

A user wrote on X, "Definitely not his signature," while one added, "Good to know you're a signature expert."

A person asked, "You saw him sign it? Cool. When do you testify?" whereas one mentioned, "The disgraced Trump is now a signature expert!"

A user also wrote, "Still mad about being left out of the Will….," while one commented, "It is definitely a good forgery."

An individual mentioned, "You’re lying and you know it," whereas another added, "Your opinion is irrelevant."
