Vanessa Trump warns Tiger Woods after DUI arrest
A source close to the couple spoke to the Daily Mail, explaining that the situation has caused a massive rift between them. “She’s not happy at all. She’s both disappointed and a little bit pissed, if I’m being honest,” the insider revealed.
The source added that “It’s a definite red flag, and she told him that he’s going to get this sorted out and that she’s going to require that.”
Tiger Woods reportedly mortified after legal trouble
While the couple was seen appearing happy at a golf match just days before, the mood has now shifted to one of deep regret. “He’s embarrassed, he’s mortified at all this,” the source continued, noting that the repeat nature of these issues makes the situation even more difficult.
“And this is really humiliating for it to happen again. And Vanessa is embarrassed, too. All her friends are like, ‘Girl, what the hell?’”
Vanessa is reportedly acting as a “concerned girlfriend,” expressing boundaries and saying that he’s got to get his sh*t together “like right now.” Woods is said to be “very apologetic” and reportedly “wants to fix” the damage he has caused.
Inside Tiger Woods’ DUI arrest after rollover
The arrest took place on March 27 around 2 pm following a rollover car accident on Jupiter Island.
While police confirmed that Woods’ breathalyzer test was negative, Sheriff John Budensiek said officers noticed signs that Woods may have been impaired.
“The DUI investigators came to the scene and Mr Woods did exemplify signs of impairment. They did several tests on him. He did explain the injuries and surgeries that he's had and we did take that into account, but they did some in-depth roadside tests.”
The situation grew more complicated when he refused “a urinalysis test, leading to charges of DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test.”
Photographs from the scene and the jail showed a visibly disappointed Woods.
The insider made it clear that the athlete’s time is running out to make things right, stating, “He has to get things under control, or she’s not going to stick around.”
