The Princess of Wales, 42, made a rare public appearance at Wimbledon on Sunday, July 14, with her 9-year-old daughter Charlotte by her side, while she continues cancer treatment. The audience applauded Kate Middleton with a standing ovation as she took her place in the front row of the Royal Box. Princess Charlotte smiled proudly and waved to her visibly delighted mother, per People.

The royal father and son also stepped out for the UEFA Euro 2024 final match between Spain and England in Germany on Sunday, July 14. Prince George wore navy suits with ties that had stripes in blue, white, and red, matching his dad's wardrobe. Following England's game-tying goal in the 73rd minute of play, William and George rushed from their seats and exchanged a close hug, per People.

It was a night of royal bonding when Prince William and his son Prince George attended the UEFA Europa Conference League quarterfinals in April to cheer on William's team, Aston Villa. William took full advantage of George's summer vacation to attend the Premier League team's home game against Lille OSC at Birmingham's Villa Park. The father-son excursion came to a happy ending as Villa defeated the opposition 2-1.

Prince William and his first-born son attended the Emirates Football Association Challenge Cup final against Manchester City and Manchester United at Wembley Stadium on May 25. Following the match, William was seen briefly displaying the Emirates FA Cup Trophy to his son George. The Prince of Wales and his son Prince George attended the England against Australia Ashes match at London's Lords Cricket Ground in 2023. Prince George wore a navy blazer and a white checked shirt, while William made a smart-casual appearance owing to a pale blue shirt, aviator sunglasses, and blue blazer. The young prince was also spotted eating pizza while watching the England vs Australia cricket match.

In 2019, Princess Charlotte had a fun-filled day at the Cowes King's Cup sailing event, sporting a lively demeanor. The then-4-year-old accompanied her older brother Prince George for an enjoyable family outing at the competition. As Kate encouraged her two oldest children to wave to the crowd through a window, Princess Charlotte stuck her tongue out, much to the amusement of her mother and the people gathered outside.
