10 celebs with physical deformities: From Harry Styles' nipples to Jennifer Garner's toes

Hollywood is often associated with glamour, glitz and perfect lives. However, there are many Hollywood superstars who have made it big in the tinsel town despite being born with deformities. Here are ten such stars who were either born with interesting conditions or later acquired them through accidents. 

1. Harry Styles

The multifaceted star has Polythelia, or the condition of having Supernumerary nipples. When the speculations of him having four nipples first surfaced, Harry Styles confirmed it itself during an interview with Chelsea Handler. During the interview, Handler asked Harry a series of questions which he had to answer in just one word. When the interviewer said, "There's a rumor on the Internet that you have four nipples. Have you heard that?" the former One Direction member said, "Correct." As she asked, "You do?" Harry confirmed, "Yeah." His two extra nipples are located below the usual nipples, per Allure.

2. Ashton Kutcher

Ashton Kutcher has avascular necrosis, or commonly known as connected toes. During an appearance on 'Friday Night with Jonathan Ross' in 2008, he showed his particular feature before explaining, "I have slightly webbed toes." He continued to quip, "When everything else is this good-looking, something has to give!" per People.

3. Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Garner too had a special condition with her toes. Though the 'Dawson's Creek' actress has not talked about her condition, paprazzi pictures of the actress show that she has overlapping toes. Dominion Foot and Ankle Consultants say brachymetatarsia is a "condition occurs when the affected metatarsal bone fails to develop fully, or its growth plate closes prematurely.” 

4. Henry Cavill

Henry Cavill has sectoral heterochromia in his left eye. The dashing actor, known for his starring role as Clark Kent in Superman series, has striking blue eyes. But his left eye is speckled with a few streaks of brown because of heterochromia. 

5. Jeremy Renner

In Hollywood, several stars have some deformities with their fingers or toes, and 'Hawkeye' Jeremy Renner is one of them. The Marvel star has clubbed nailbeds as part of a condition called brachydactyly.

6. Kesha

Kesha was born with a tail! The 'Die Young' songstress revealed in an interview with a UK outlet in 2013 per E! News, "I had a tail when I was born. It was a tiny tail, about a quarter of an inch, then they chopped it off and stole my tail. That was when I was little. I'm really sad about that story."

7. Joaquin Phoenix

Hollywood's latest 'Joker' star has Sprengel's deformity, meaning Joaquin Phoenix has a rare confition from his birth that made his one shoulder blade positioned higher than the other.

8. Mark Wahlberg

Mark Wahlberg is another star from the Hollywood celebrity club to possess a supernumerary nipple. The actor has a third nipple below his left nipple and he first shared about this condition while shooting his 2007 film 'Shooter'.

9. Megan Fox

Megan Fox has a condition that made her thumb "short." She said in an interview in 2023 per Page Six, “I don’t know why people are so fascinated by my thumbs,” before adding, “They’re just kind of short. Is it really that crazy?” She also explained, “It’s known in palmistry as a ‘murderer’s thumb.’ Because they say the shorter this area from the knuckle to the tip of the finger is – especially the thumb – correlates to how short your temper is."

10. Matthew Perry

The 'Friends' actor got involved in an accident when he was just three. That incident robbed him off the top part of one of his fingers. Matthew Perry once shared, "So from three to I guess eight or something, I had my hand in my pocket to hide it. I was on a flight with my mom, we were flying somewhere and this is back in the day when they would sometimes bring little kids to the cockpit you know, to meet the pilot, show all the buttons and all of that stuff," before adding, "And I was very excited about that and I went up to the cockpit and I was looking around... and I was so distracted that for the very first time, hand not in my pocket," per OK! Magazine.
