Fashion and sport have always made the perfect combination. With the Olympics and Paralympics taking place in Paris this year—the so-called fashion center of the world—style will undoubtedly come up for discussion. Several national teams have worked with prominent designers and brands, such as Ralph Lauren and Berluti, to produce clothes for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2024 Olympics. Here's what 10 of the teams will be wearing at the Olympics 2024.

1. Team USA: Ralph Lauren

For the ninth time, Ralph Lauren designed uniforms for the Olympic and Paralympic athletes. Athletes can choose from several Ralph Lauren designs for usage during and after the Games, as well as for the opening and closing ceremonies. The opening ceremony appearances have a traditional blue Ralph Lauren blazer with red and white detailing while the closing ceremony attire is more athletic racecar-style jackets with USA patch design. In addition to the parade outfits, the American brand offers a less formal Villagewear collection, per WWD.

2. Team France: Berluti

Berluti created the uniforms for Team France for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Berluti sought advice for the Olympics from a group of athletes who took part in ceremonies from Barcelona in 1992 to Tokyo in 2020. The final look combines comfort and style, with a midnight-blue tuxedo jacket and white shirt paired with a lapel that echoes the brand's distinctive style of "burnished leather" in the colors of the French flag. Men will dress in matching tracksuit bottoms and sneakers, while women can choose to wear a wrap skirt and matching patent moccasins.

3. Team Egypt: Concrete

The official designer for Paris is the Egyptian fashion brand Concrete. The elegant suits for men and women are dressed in light-colored materials ideal for the summertime in Paris and are matched with T-shirts made of organic Egyptian cotton. Ettore Veronese, art director of Concrete, stated, "This is more than just a look – it's a symbol of Egyptian pride, passion and determination to make history on the world's biggest athletic stage," per The National News.

Team Canada's official clothing provider for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris is the Vancouver-based company, Lululemon. The set includes freshly developed pocket shapes and placements along with cool, lightweight, sweat-proof materials. Some of the outfits also have pants that can be changed into shorts and sleeves that are detachable. While "art, architecture and nature found throughout Canada" served as the inspiration for the opening ceremony's print-heavy style, the closing ceremony's attire is the brand's take of the aurora borealis, that occurs in the Northern Hemisphere.

5. Team Great Britain: Ben Sherman

The Great Britain team will be dressed by British brand Ben Sherman for both the opening and closing ceremonies. This year is the 20th anniversary of Ben Sherman's initial collaboration with the squad during the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. The opening ceremony ensemble is a bomber-style jacket worn with an open-neck polo and Oxford trousers while the closing ceremony ensemble is a floral shirt worn with Oxford shorts and suede loafers. The collection includes Olympic-themed motifs like a disassembled Union Jack and a distinctive logo made out of significant flowers from each of the UK's four countries: shamrock (Northern Ireland), daffodil (Wales), rose (England), and thistle (Scotland).

The kit comprises outfits that, according to the brand, "combine Armani DNA with the heart of Italian culture." A unique feature is the Italian national anthem's opening stanza, which is printed on the jackets' lining. Armani, 90, said, "I created functional yet elegant garments designed to distinguish the team and to convey a strong sense of belonging to our athletes."

7. Team Mongolia: Michel & Amazonka

The Ulaanbaatar-based label, founded in 2015 by sisters Michel and Amazonka Choigaalaa, created uniforms made up of embroidered vests and caftans that resemble traditional Mongolian attire. Michel & Amazonka created four looks: two for men and two for women. Flag bearers dress in unique clothing; men wear gutals (boots) and traditional pointed hats (buryats).
