The NFL draft 2024 took place on Thursday, April 25, in Detroit, Michigan. As the latest batch of footballers entered the NFL, fans are waiting with bated breaths to know the new group of the wives and girlfriends of the stars who are making grand entries in the stands. Here are the new group of ladies joining the ranks of Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes as they can be seen cheering on their athlete partners who start their NFL career in September, 2024.
1. Alina Thyregod - Girlfriend of Caleb Williams (1)
Caleb Williams joined the illustrous Chicago Bears as their quarterback. While the USC star drew considerable attention after emerging as the overall first pick, his girlfriend Alina Thyregod too turned heads in her glamorous ensemble. Before attending the draft, Williams told the reporters that he would apply silver polish on his pinkie to match his girlfriend's dress. Thyregod, who attended the Thursday draft, indeed wore a silver dress, per New York Post.

2. Ann Michael Hudson - Girlfriend of Drake Maye (3)
Drake Maye joined the New England Patriots as the third overall pick on Thursday's draft. When the former North Carolina quarterback starts playing for the Patriots, one would expect him to be cheered on by his girlfriend of at least five years - Ann Michael Hudson. Hudson is a junior of Maye at UNC, and she is pursuing her major in Business Administration.
3. Emilie Meyer - Girlfriend of Joe Alt (5)
Joe Alt has been drafted by the Los Angeles Chargers on Thursday's draft. The 2.01m tall offensive tackle, who has been drafted as the fifth overall pick, is in a relationship with his high school girlfriend Totino-Grace. Though the couple grew up together in Minnesota, they have maintained a long distance relationship for long. Meyer herself is a track and field athlete and a junior at Drake University.
4. Alannah Davidson - Girlfriend of Rome Odunze (9)
The Bears' second illustrous draft is Rome Odunze, who was the ninth overall pick of the evening. Odunze, who is in a relationship with his girlfriend Alannah Davidson, recently celebrated their three-year anniversary in March 2024. Davidson is often seen supporting her wide receiver boyfriend during the tournaments.
5. Katya Kuropas - Girlfriend of JJ McCarthy (10)
Minnesota Vikings grabbed JJ McCarthy as the tenth overall pick of the evening. As the quarterback is starting on his new journey in the NFL, he would be supported by his girlfriend of five years - Katya Kuropas. The couple, who got engaged in January 2024, have been an item for long after attending their high school together at Nazareth Academy in Hillsdale, Illinois, before joining University of Michigan together.
6. Izzy Smoke Nix - Wife of Bo Nix (12)
Denver Broncos' Bo Nix will start his NFL season with his wife by his side. The 12th pick of the night and his wife of almost two years can finally support the same team. The now-married pair started dating when Bo was with Auburn Tigers and Izzy was a cheerleader for the same team. Though Bo went away to Oregon, Izzy stayed back in Alabama. After staying in a long distance relationship for a while, the couple tied the knot on July 2, 2022.
7. Cameron Rose Newell - Girlfriend of Brock Bowers (13)
Brock Bowers joined the Las Vegas Raiders as the 13th overall pick of the night. As the former Georgia tight end embarks on his new journey with the Raiders, he will find at least one constant by his side - his girlfriend Cameron Rose Newell. Bowers started dating the University of Tennessee student in May 2021 and they have been going strong ever since.
8. Carys Zayda - Girlfriend of Troy Fautanu (20)
Offensive tackle Troy Fautanu was chosen by the Pittsburgh Steelers as the 20th overall pick. As Fautanu looks forward to start his season in September, he will be doing so after celebrating another milestone of his life - his sixth dating anniversary with girlfriend Carys Zayda in August. The couple met each other while attending Liberty High School in Henderson, Nevada.
