The world witnessed some special things during the special occasion, from Vanessa Hudgens seemingly announcing her pregnancy at the Oscars red carpet to Billie Eilish thanking her parents for her second Oscar win, while they beamingly sat in the audience.
1. Vanessa Hudgens debuts baby bump
Vanessa Hudgens was accompanied by probably the youngest Oscar atttendee as the 'High School Musicals' star debuted her baby bump on the Oscar red carpet. Hudgens, who is married to the Major League Baseball outfielder Cole Tucker, is expecting her first child with her husband.
2. Ryan Gosling and his family
Ryan gosling, who wooed the audience with his Ken-ergetic performance at the Oscars, had his family cheering for him sitting in the front. Gosling took his sister Mandi, his mother Donna and stepfather Valerio Attanasio for the grand night.

Veteran actress Demi Moore walked the red carpet for the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty with her three daughters with Bruce Willis - Rumer Willis, Tallulah Willis, and Scout Willis.

One of the most successful directors of Hollywood, Steven Spielberg was accompanied by an adorable date to the Oscars. The 'Jurassic Park' director, who was a presenter at the 96th Academy Awards, attended the ceremony with his 13-year-old granddaughter Eve Gavigan. Eve is the daughter of Spielberg's stepdaughter Jessica Capshaw. Capshaw later joined Spielberg for the Vanity Fair afterparty.

The veteran filmaker, nominated for the Best Director Award for his 'Killers of the Flower Moon', lost out to Christopher Nolan. The 81-year-old director had his daughters - producer Cathy Scorsese, and actress Francesca Scorsese - accompany him to the red carpet.

Eilish, who won her second Oscar, thanked her parents for the accolades and said, "I love you guys so much."
